Not Really Air Prune
The media could not be loaded. I like the concept of air-pot but it's not without some major flaws.(1) Water flows out easily during watering(2) Plants grow outside through the holes. The picture shows Oregano growing outside through the holes. So if you talk about air pruning, you can see how effective it is.(3) Since waters can escape from the pot, you need to ensure it is watered properly in the summer and in places that have dryer climate.AdvantagesI do like the fact that you can repot, replant or/and change soil easily with this kind of pots. I often change out the soil (add compost) to give nutrients to the plants, without wasting money on chemical fertilizer.TipsThere are two rows without holes for this pot. The instruction states that it should be placed on the top since the purpose is to "air-prune" the roots. I did the reverse as so far my plants don't have roots growing underneath. The purpose is to avoid small snails or slugs getting inside the pot.Hope it helps.

no screws supply
I ordered it twice and before it came with 2 blue screws per pot and the second time only came with 1.We need set of 2 blue screws to hold the pot together. It’s a shame because the product work well, but need 2 screws👎🏽

Great design but a couple of issues
Air pruning pots are the future for outdoor growing. But don't try to use them indoors because they are designed to leak like a sieve and often lose light weight potting mix in the process. But the problem is the outrageous price that rivals the epipen scandal. It costs less than a $1 each to make these pots, they come with no directions or even assembly instructions but yet they sell for almost ten times that amount. I wince every time I buy them, but in every size, they do perform. My only design issue is those blue self tapping "screws" meant to hold them together. They distort the perforated plastic walls of the pot and just look silly.I replace them with black zip ties thru two perforations on the overlap and then can de-pot or repot by just cutting the zip tie and having the pot sides spring open. Just don't do it too soon because plants in these pots can remain in place much longer than those in plain extruded pots.Buy them if you can afford them. They do work.

Proof is in the pudding
As other reviewers have said, these work. They are pricey for what they are but I think they are worth it. They will last you forever and they are the easiest pot to work with. They dry out a lil quick but in a good way. Most efficient root building pot out there. I use the propagation .3l black base pot then I move to the 1.2 gallon actual red base and finally I move to the 3.6 actual red base for final container. Plants are thriving, I’ve never seen a plant grow so well. Take a try for yourself. See pics.

Good products
I’ve purchased a few different types of these. I did have some problems with shipping and getting these. They are great pots, messy but great and get the job done. The building of these might throw you for a loop if you hadn’t used before and they come with no directions but it’s simple enough

Cool design, reusable
I purchased this Airpot to house a pecan tree that grew up out of another planter. This planter has a unique design, allowing maximum horizontal root growth. It was pretty easy to assemble, it ships flat and you fold it into correct shape and secure it with the blue twisty thing. This will make relocating easy since it disassembles from around the root system vs having to dig the roots/plant up out of the container, damaging the plant in the process. Simply untwist the blue tab and unroll it. I also like that this planter can sit in direct sunlight without losing integrity, unlike some other plastics. Would definitely purchase again for air-pruning.

Will never buy again
First off they sent me 2 locks for 6 pots. The replacements were due to arrive a week ago now..... And I just decided to assemble the pots and they completely false advertised. They clearly advertise it as a "2 gallon pot" but them in the last last of the product details it's a 1.2 gallon pot. Today is transplant day and I have to run to the store to buy the correct size

Adequate
A part was missing. I contacted the seller and the part was promptly replaced. Overall this product is what I wanted and expected. I can't speak to the efficacy of the pots as I just started using them
