Q: How do we put a seat belt in the middle part?

You can put a lap belt in, putting another harness requires thinking outside the box. You can bolt the bottoms fairly easily, but you either have to bolt the tops to each inside harness brackets or make your own brackets. To get the stock harnesses bolted in, you have to have the seat in and work with stuff cramped and tight... it is not fun. The holes in the seats need to be bigger
