Kooyi Vacuum Insulated Sports Water Bottle 500 ML, Stainless Steel Flask Travel Mug with Built-in Straw - BPA Free

A very good product, generally well made. It is stainless steel, double-walled but fairly light so is easy to carry, especially for my young (4 year old) grandson. It kept water chilled for many hours. The only slight problem is that the "mouthpiece" is a soft, silicon straw that is vulnerable to chewing through by a child, rather than a more solid mouthpiece that is found on other makes. This would not be a problem if Kooyi sold a replacement part. When I asked them for a replacement for the bitten mouthpiece they very kindly gave me a voucher for a whole new bottle. This was very nice of them but not the best or economic solution.

I keep this at my bedside in case I wake with a dry throat after a heavy night on the beers. Keeps water a lot cooler than a plastic bottle. I like that the top flips open at the push of a button revealing the rubber drinking spout/straw, which is convenient and easy to drink from - no doubt great if you're on, say, a bumpy car journey - no spills. At 500ml the capacity is just right. The item was a little larger than I pictured, but that's just me - I underestimated how large it would need to be to hold the best part of a pint of liquid. The design is nice too & no leaks so far.

Does at it says on the tin- keeps drinks hot for ages. Not sure whether this part is normal (?), but have to be careful when opening the straw part for the first time after it's been refilled as it spits hot drink at you. A bit of a worry if you're not expecting it, as generally you would have it near your face ready to drink from. There is also the risk of the hot drink spilling onto your clothes.

Bought this bottle because I already have another one which my wife borrowed and liked! Nice, robust bottle, well made and stands up to being knocked about. You will get some paint chip off eventually but, hey, kids loved ripped jeans, the 'distressed' look is good. The 'straw' doesn't seem to like orange squash and is now slightly discoloured, a year on - but I guess you could buy a replacement straw if bothered, or not put orange squash in the bottle! The one hand flip lid has continued to function as it should despite my initial doubts.

I bought a silver one of these and it was great, unfortunately somehow the base cracked, so I contacted kooyi and they kindly sent me a replacement. The bottles are really good, and keep water cold for hours. The only gripes I have are :* The drinking tube feels a little tight* If it's not perfectly straight when the lid closes the bottle can leak (it took me too wet bags to figure this out)

This is one of the best and most used products i have ordered. Keeps my water ice cold in the summer. I only use it for water so not sure about hot drinks.If your a pleb and care more about the paintwork than the product then this is not for you! It is going to get scratched etc... just part of life.My lofe is quite active so has a lot of cosmetic damage but it still keeps my water ice cold .... longest it has stayed ice cold is from 7am to 6pm. 11 hours!!! Brilliant.The string snapped quickly but inreplace this with something more durable.

Great flask and great seller. Told them the one that I brought three months ago had started leaking from the lid and was given a voucher to obtain a new one free of charge. This one doesn't leek even when held upside down.

This is a long term review of this product. We're really pleased with this purchase. It's a much cleaner and hygienic and chemical free way to carry water. As a bonus it keeps cold drinks cool. Not really tried for keeping hot drinks hot.The product is really durable and easy to clean and perfect for out little one to drink water/juice from mess free and carries a good quantity for a full day out.The cap has a little rubber at the hinge which makes the cap lightly spring loaded. A very nice touch that makes the product that much easier to use.A couple of suggestions for the manufacturers:- The rubber spring mechanism is prone to coming out. Any way to improve on that?- It would be good if you can order replacement caps (the whole upper part) or at least replaceable straws. These being plastic they can't be retained for extensive periods and need replacement for hygenie reasons and because the plastic likely degrades.
