So this is easy. I got this for migraines. I put in the freezer, it cooled in about 30 min.Wrap on head. Instant relief. Just feels good. I find if I catch a migraine right when it starts, I can keep it under control, with some meds. This cold headband wrap really helps to keep it contained. Should be good for sinus and other headaches too. NOTE: it is very cold; i put a light cloth (actually one of those bandanna's I had from dog grooming...... we've got 4.....like half of a bandanna) under the wrap; still cold but better for me.There is also a storage pouch (opaque type plastic, nice) that this can be stored in, in the freezer.So yeah, I'm happy with this purchase. I also got the cold wrap for shoulders, and equally as nice.

This is comfortable to wear but it doesn't stay cold that long.

The quality is very poor, and it breaks after using it three times. Customer service does not solve any problems, it is not recommended
