Eventually an essential
When SwimSpray first came out, I didn't think it was necessary. I had been in the water up to 20 hours a week for a decade and a half, so to NOT be covered in chlorine was a weirder feeling. Then my career ended, and like many people I didn't swim for a while. Eventually I came back, thinking things would be the same. No, they were not. What used to be a an inevitable essential, and a personal cologne, was now a menace like the bite of a 1000 mosquitoes. Thankfully, I remembered SwimSpray. It chemically removes chlorine, so it works like magic compared to everything out there. They've perfected the design as well - yes, you can make your own fairly easily using water and vitamin-C, but they've gotten the formula right so that it doesn't eventually explode over everything you own. I've found that it's worth avoiding the headache. If chlorine doesn't bother you, great! If it does, try this and see if you agree that it's worth it.

reduces chlorine smell
This product works pretty well. My daughter swims once a week and her lesson often ends too close to bedtime for anything more than a quick rinse in the shower and this spray greatly reduces the chlorine smell. Without it, it's not uncommon for her to wake up in the morning and smell chlorine in her room. With this, you have to be really close to her head to smell it. I can't say it's eliminated the chlorine smell entirely, though that might be more operator error than anything else. I still feel I need her swim shampoo/conditioner when I wash her hair after a swim, though.

All I can saw is WOW and THANK YOU!
I have swam 4 times a week for nearly 3 years and I get very dry/itchy skin especially on one particular part of my body. I have tried various lotions, Vaseline, and other moisturizers without any long-term relief. It was so bad at times that it would wake me up at night and was quickly becoming miserable. I had searched for solutions and came across this particular brand. To be perfectly honest I was highly skeptical at all of these vitamin C products. Seemed too good to be true, but I was ready to try anything, so I ordered a bottle and took a chance. Amazingly the first time I used it the itch that was making me miserable never came back. I thought it might be a fluke so I used it again for a week and IT NEVER came back. I was actually able to sleep the whole night without that annoying itch. Many people have talked about the size and cost of the product, but for me it's been well worth the relief that I've experienced. I only spray it on the areas of my body that was giving me trouble, so I can see how if you used it all over the bottle would not last very long. I spray it on right after I get out of the pool and usually don't shower for 30-40 minutes. I did notice that the spray would discolor my gray sweats but it came out once I washed them. So no issues there. In summary, this product has been a real winner for me.

Great option, works well.
Fabulous, works great. I buy one bottle after the next for my daughter who's on her high school swim team. She's extra sensitive to the chemicals used in pools, and gets a rash easily. She sprays this on hair and body after workout, and it works wonderfully, removing the chlorine smell and protecting her skin from harm. I personally just use a vitamin C powder, like amla: rub it all over in the shower, use a wash cloth and then rinse. But she's in high school and doesn't want to rub something that looks like mud on her body in a public bathroom. So this is a good mainstream option for those who want a product that does the trick.

This product appears to be working better than another one I tried earlier
This product appears to be working better than another one I tried earlier. However, there are three issues I still have to confront. One is that the product does not totally eliminate itch that starts a few hours after spending one hour in the warm water (92 degree F) pool. The second issue is that the method of application (spray pump) is not effective when I have to cover every square inch of skin that comes in contact with the pool water for one hour. The application with spray pump is very cumbersome, inconvenient and time consuming. The third issue is the cost of the product when you consider the fact that one bottle only lasts three applications making it an extremely expensive on per application basis.

Make your own chlorine removal spray
This stuff works wonderfully, but way overpriced. I swim twice a week and I've never smelled like chlorine afterwards. I also rarely have itchy dry skin afterwards (this is probably more to do with coating my body in vaseline before a swim). I spray it all over my face, hair, and body after a swim. The tiny 4 oz container is way too small and the spray part is fatiguing if you're spraying all over your body. To spray your whole body, it's going to take 30+ depresses of the nozzle. The SwimSpray will be gone after about 6 swim sessions. The ingredients are just Vitamin C and water. I highly recommend buying some powdered ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and mixing it with water to create your own (using a full size spray bottle - much easier to spray your back this way). I use about a tbsp per quart. A large vitamin bottle sized container of powdered ascorbic acid is about $10 at Trader Joes. The whole bottle will last you a year, at least. I probably spray on about a pint now after every swim (don't worry vitamin C is very good for your skin). I also have learned a lot of other great uses for the powdered vitamin C.

Actually works
It's a bit sticky going on, so try to use it right before you shower. Very effective at getting pool stink off.

Works brilliantly
I swim around 3 times a week, my hair was turning into candy floss, I was beginning to become desperate as the swim shampoos weren't doing enough. This spray is amaze balls, I wet my hair spray this on (quite a few sprays, like 15 or so) all over, leave for about a minute, wash out then shampoo and condition. My hair when dry is SO much better, I can chill out about my hair snapping off now.It doesn't smell, its just like water so its not thick or sticky, it looks like it won't do much but it does. Its quite expensive for the size but I will be buying more when this runs out, can't put a price on not having your hair look like a birds nest :)

Works great!
I am a full time instructor so I spend a lot of time for long periods in the pool. This stuff has helped get rid of that "chlorine itch" and rashes I was getting and overall, just makes my skin feel better. Although there is a weird smell when I first put it on but it doesn't last. Love this product and I would reccomend it for frequent swimmers!

I have now used Swim Spray three times and the improvement is quite simply amazing! It appears to cause no irritation to either ...
I was on the point of giving up swimming because the Chlorine in the pool was severely attacking my scalp. I couldn't use anti chlorine shampoo since the sulphates in the Shampoos also caused dermatitis. So I turned to this product in one last attempt to continue swimming. I have now used Swim Spray three times and the improvement is quite simply amazing! It appears to cause no irritation to either head or face despite its great effectiveness and I would hence highly recommend Swim Spray.

Not fun. This is the only thing I've found to ...
This is a life changing product. I spend lots and lots of time in the pool and as a result, have developed a sensitivity to the chlorine. My skin breaks out in hive-like rashes after prolonged exposure... Not fun. This is the only thing I've found to help. Whatever it's doing is working. My skin and hair no longer have that nearly imperceptible layer of pool "junk" on it. My only wish is that it would be available in a larger size. Incredible product. I'm on my 7th bottle!
