No The Happy Birthday letters hang on your wall (they don’t float even with helium) But it does have string for all the other balloons

Q: Can you blow it up yourself? Or need helium/air tank?

Yes you blow it up yourself. You do not need helium and it looks amazing when all blown up !! I just bought sweet 16 one for my twin daughters and was so impressed !! It looks like something you would pay $100 at from a party store ! I will buy these fir every party !! Good luck hope this helps !

We received ours with 2 days and the replacement the next day

Q: Why does the description say silver curtains when they show rose gold???

I think that one side was rose gold and back was silver. I must say the product was beautiful and much nicer than I expected. My granddaughter loved it.
