Love it!
I really enjoyed this book. It's probably my favorite Alice so far. I love Julius and Alice together.

I enjoyed it for what it is but..
I’m honestly not that much of a fan of Alice in the country of (insert name) series, seems repetitive and typical with its fan service, I’m aware this was meant to be that and I think it was a visual novel game, you gwt to pick a guy and you learn about their story and earn their effection, my cousin collects this series, I was tasked by her to bring her specific novel from a bookstore in Malaysia, and I only found one of them while the other brought it by mistake, so I took it for myself instead and read it, it was the Alice in the Country of Joker vol.3That’s how I came across the series and owned, the only characters I found them to be interesting and worth following is the Clockmaster and Ace, that’s why I bought this, I gotta say, it serviceable, the art is great like the others, pretty simplistic too, I get to see more of this character, he gets the spotlight in this story which is rare, and I honestly find it enjoyable at least in the romantic aspect, in fact, it might be too typical in that department, what I really wanted to see more of him in action, acting upon serious circumstances and how he handles it, I wanted a real story where I see him team up with Ace to save Alice from a certain doom, or having to bound so much that he helps her to bring her home even if her was disinterested, but he only grows to love her when he imagines the place without her, basically what I’m trying to say is, what I liked about this character is that he seems to have depth, unique among the other characters, his dynamic with Ace is great too, his serious and devotion to his work is also interesting, I wanted to see more of that, not the same kind of romance I see in every story you get in this series, Alice gets that romance almost with everyone, even Mad hatter, it felt no different, that’s what I meant by servicable but typical, I see that shtick always happening in this kind of genre, heck this kind of shtick is something I’ve seen in every visual novel story where you choose your love interest, I’ve seen that plenty times, and had somewhat hopes that this one would be different. If you like this kind of stuff, the romantic mushy kind of stuff, even if he comes off than as out of character, than that’s for you, or you can pass from it if you expect something unique and special for a romantic story between Alice and the Clockmaker.Either way, it’s not bad, serviceable, but not grand.

A really fantastic manga
I absolutely love this series. I've read all that I can online and I'm working on buying all that I can in book form. I really love this artist (Mamenosuke Fujimaru), it's one of my top favorite art styles for this entire series so far. There were two little brown spots on two random pages, it looked like something had gotten on them, but they were extremely small and didn't get in the way of any text or any of the drawings, so they didn't really bother me. Other than that, it is in amazing condition, it got here a day before I expected it, and the story is a really good one, if a bit short (of course, I would be happy if each love interest had several books per series).

Love it! :)
I have been an Alice in the Country of (Hearts,Clover, Diamond, and Joker) fan for 5 years and I have to say this is my favorite story out of the entire series (my other being the Cat Waltz trilogy). I love Mamensuke Fujimaru's artwork because of how detailed and clear the characters and scenes look. I've read many other books that had different artists and I have to say I enjoy Fujimaru's work the most. The Clockmaker's Story is very funny and sweet. I highly recommend this book despite it not being a series the story is still enjoyable. I wish I could give this story more than 5 stars because it was just that awesome.

This is amazing!
First of all, sorry for my English and grammatical errors in this review since English is my second language. This is also the first time of writing a review for the product.I've been waiting for this one to come out since I'm the big fan of Julius from Heart no Kuni no Alice series and this manga is amazing! The Clock Maker story for me is the best story by far. I love the development between Alice and Julius in this manga because even though Julius seems like a loner and serious type of guy but you can see that he's very concerned about Alice. Peter White also plays an important part in this manga, I love his character in this one more than the main series. Only thing I don't like about this product is the Crimson Empire chapters.

Great manga!
I really wanted to see more of an Alice and Julius ineraction since Julius didn't really fawn over Alice like the rest of the Wonderland characters did, so I was really excited to find this manga. XDIf you're a fan of Julius or even if you aren't one, this is a great book to add to any Alice collection. I do recommend reading the main Alice in the Country of Hearts story since this is a spin off.

Bought this and had to return it because I realized I already had this one (lol) even though that was the case it is a really good manga, I love this spin off and would definitely suggest it :)

Perfect for fans of the Alice and Julius pairing
Having read both released English versions of Alice in the Country of Hearts (the Tokyopop and Yen Press versions) Julius was by far the most interesting character to me. I had always toyed with the pairing of Alice and Julius, so it was a great delight for me to come across this single volume that caters to this particular pairing. It does not disappoint. While the artwork is provided by a new artist from the original series, it is still nonetheless lovely, and I felt it conveyed emotion quite well. The story itself veers a bit from the setup of the original series, but not so much that I couldn't wrap my head around the slight changes and buy into it. Essentially, it is a story that reworks the original manga to some degree to give us an alternative where it is the Clockmaker that Alice falls in love with instead, which in my opinion, made for a far better read.As the title of my review suggests, this is a 'must have' book for fans of Alice and Julius, but it is also a lovely piece to add to the collection of any 'Alice in the Country of Hearts (or Clover or Joker) fans. I only wish the story could have been played out in more volumes, but I'm still content with just the single book, because while only one volume, it had everything I needed to feel satisfied as a reader.
