A Good Herbal Oral Health Healer and Maintainer
Clarification:This is my experience, based on my health and my treatment, your mileage may vary. I am trying to make no claims about anything else. Also, I take this product in conjunction to other supplements/toothpaste/brush/mouth freshener that may have contributed to my current oral health. Background:After 5 years going to a dentist (2016-2020), I realized that she was putting me on a planned profit creating dental treatment. Every time I used to go to her, there would be at least one cavity to refill or some gum work to be done. All of my cavities fill were performed in 2005, when I had all the dental work done, before I lost my previous dentist. I took care of my teeth to the T, per the recommended plans, and using all the chemicals given that "help" you take care of the teeth. The frustrating part was that some of the fillings were mysteriously doing well while others weren't, even if they were in the same conditions 24/7 in the same mouth. It was frustrating to find with nervousness that the results of my care were not seen, every time I went to the dental office and heard the words that the gums do not look good or this tooth needs refill or that tooth has developed a cavity. The breaking point came right before Covid when the hygienist claimed without X-Ray that my tooth had a crack and it needed a crown, confirmed by the dentist. Luckily, I was on a foreign assignment, which delayed my "chair time" and Covid hit. Hearing stories about how Covid was viral in dentistry made me rethink going to her for a few months. That's when I started researching alternative herbal - specifically Ayurvedic supplements. This one came first.Current Dental Routine:1. I start my morning with this swish (either cinnamon or mint flavored I prefer the former) for 15 minutes.2. Brush post-lunch and dinner with Himalaya Complete Care Toothpaste Fluoride Free for 2 minutes each with about a 7-9 mm blob of paste, using bamboo toothbrushes.3. Mouth rinse using Ayurvedic concoction of Neem, Amla, Clove and Cinnamon.4. Floss with a water pick before going to bed.5. Once a week use an Ayurvedic powder to brush, prior to swishing.6. Put Fluoride gel at every dentist visit. (Not paid for by the insurance, which means it is worth it.)7. Sleep with a custom sports guard (recommended by current dentist) to reduce nightly grinding and stress on the teeth and thus teeth wear.8. Getting to a dentist who strongly believes in prevention is better than treatment. This was a big plus. I found him by accident, but he has been a blessing. Results:The so-called tooth crack has not been seen in 4 years. Neither the gums issues have surfaced. Actually the gums have been the most healthy since 2005. My current dentist has seen me since late 2021 and I have not had a single cavity work performed. Furthermore, the occasional toothaches or gum aches which were prevalent before the change to natural processes have reduced. Now this product:Pros:1. Good taste, not to strong for being cinnamon product.2. Decent price. You can make your own cheaper, if you don't include your time "price".3. Consistent quality. After using a lot of this over 4 years, I am yet to see a bad tasting or less quantity or bad packaging.4. The mouth feels really fresh after doing this swish.Cons:1. Texture: Initially will give you an oily-slimy texture feel, which can be a turn off.2. Draino: If you spit it in a sink, beware, it will clog eventually. I do not do that, it gets down with brown and flushed. Conclusion:Ayurveda comes from the philosophy of prevention and that everything heals, if given the right natural elements and time. This product along with others I have been using and my new dentist, have been helping my oral health. Again, your mileage may vary.

Stepping Up My Oral Health Game with Banyan Botanicals Daily Swish Cinnamon
I wanted to share something I've been trying out lately that’s a bit different—Banyan Botanicals Daily Swish Cinnamon. It’s an oil pulling mouthwash that’s all about keeping things natural and healthy. Here’s the scoop:About Daily Swish:Daily Swish combines organic sesame and coconut oils with a bunch of Ayurvedic herbs, and it's designed for something called oil pulling. Basically, you swish the oil in your mouth for about 20 minutes each day. It sounds intense, but the results have been pretty impressive. My Reason for Trying It:I was looking for a natural alternative to traditional mouthwashes filled with chemicals, and the cinnamon flavor really caught my eye. Plus, the idea of supporting oral health naturally really appealed to me.Getting Started:The first few tries were a bit strange, not going to lie. Swishing oil around your mouth for 20 minutes takes some getting used to. But, the subtle cinnamon flavor makes it pleasant, and now it feels like a calming start to my day.Notable Benefits:Healthier Gums: I’ve noticed less sensitivity and no bleeding when I brush, which is a huge plus.Lasting Freshness: The cinnamon flavor leaves my mouth feeling fresh much longer than any gum or traditional mouthwash I’ve tried.Face Workout: It’s also a good workout for your facial muscles, surprisingly enough.Pros and Cons:Pros:Made with natural, organic ingredients.Subtle yet effective cinnamon taste.Promotes overall oral health.Cons:The 20-minute routine can be a lot to fit into a busy morning.A bit more expensive compared to regular mouthwashes.Overall, Banyan Botanicals Daily Swish Cinnamon has been a great addition to my morning routine. It’s not only improved my oral health but also introduced me to the benefits of oil pulling. If you’re curious about natural health practices, this product is definitely worth a try.Try integrating it into your routine gradually, and maybe start by swishing while you’re in the shower or getting ready for the day to make the time pass quicker! However, don't just spit the oil down the drain, or you may get clogged pipes. Spit it outside or in the garbage.

Uhhh
Look I know I ordered something called “Pulling Oil” but i don’t know what I was actually expecting. It’s straight up oil you’re trying to swish around your mouth…. Hope you have good cheek and jaw muscles because it’s quite tiring

Good Choice
Good product. Perhaps a tad overpriced but quality and I believe the company has ethics that align with care so this is a good choice if you’re wanting to use a product for oil pulling.
