When I bought this I was getting constant break outs on my cheeks and chin, and it was resulting in mild scarring. I decided to purchase this on the chance that it may improve the texture of my skin. I began using it along with a good quality skin serum, made with natural ingredients for acne. At first I used the roller on my face twice a week, over three months and then after that once a week for another four. I was amazed at the difference it made. My skin is now break out free and clear, and the light scarring has completely gone. I now only use it around once a month when I feel my skin needs a boost. I also had thinning hair at the front, middle of my hairline and used the roller there and after a few months baby hairs began growing and it's now noticeably thicker! Can't recommend enough!

Have been using every other day for just less than a week now. I suffer from acne scarring on my lower cheeks, I use products to reduce the redness but no full effects have been seen. Using this derma roller I've found I can feel my products getting closer to my skin's surface meaning the derma roller and products are working together to reduce the scars. I'm yet to see dramatic results yet but it's early days and I have already achieved a smoother service and my fairer scars have started to fade already. How exciting!

I started using this product as I was becoming depressed about the fine lines and wrinkles appearing near my eyes. I have been using it 3 times a week for about 6 weeks and can see a huge difference, especially with the serum. The lines are much less noticeable and my skin feels so much healthier. I would highly recommend this product.

Takes a little getting used to as you have to be quite firm (leaves face a little tender, so recommended using in the evening) but I think it definitely makes a difference - a scar on my face is much less prominent (almost invisible) when I'm using my micro-roller which is now part of my regular routine. Recommended to my mum and daughter too - so great for all ages!

I bought this, but nowhere on the site did it tell me it was not suitable for those with rosacea. Once I received the product, on the outside of the packaging it mentioned that it was not suitable for rosacea, so I have returned it. I have not used it, so this review is only based on the lack on information before I purchased.

I have used this on and off for a few weeks and it really seems to have made a difference to my blotchy skin. Very pleased. The only reason I can't give it 5 is because using it isn't exactly a comfortable experience!! No pain, no gain though right?

Excellent customer service .. fast delivery ... item packaged nice with instructions... used item and you can feel little pin pricks and i definitely felt my product got into my skin better...only been using once a week at moment ... want to build up usage slowly ... loving the item ... would buy again

Really good but i have noticed the needles wear down very quickly and it is not as sharp despite not having this product for very long
