These are easy to swallow and a good alternative to odorous fish oil.

I am sure the flaxseed oil is good in these pills. Flaxseed oil is rich in omega 3-6-9 which supports heart & cardiovascular health, as well as supporting a healthy immune, nervous system, healthy hair, skin and nails. These pills came well packaged and inside the bottle the pills are sealed in a zip lock style bag. The pill is easy to swallow and has no real odor or taste. However, the mg of Flaxseed oil is only 500 mg per pill. Unless you are taking additional omega pills, more is recommended. Most other brands have 1000 mg or higher so you have to take at least 2 of these pills which makes the bottle more costly than other similar brands.

I like many others was a little taken back when I opened the bottle to see that there was a baggie inside holding the vitamins. That was odd.the pills themself are banded together, just like in the description. So that wasn't a big deal for me. I haven't noticed a difference but I have had no side effects either. There is no bad after taste and they are easy to swallow.

This is a vegetarian friendly flax seed oil supplement in capsule form. The capsules are made with a banding solution and no gelatin while they contain ethyl alcohol and titanium dioxide as well as a coloring compound. If you want to get a vegan Omega-3 oil source in capsule form these are OK, though it is more economical and healthier to use cold pressed flax seed oil that is not encapsulated.

I'm using them to help my dog, the vet change his diet to more what nature intended dogs to eat before dogs food commercialization and we are adding some extra nutrients to help him with his health conditions. This pill is easy for me to rap around a piece of raw meat and give it to him.

I don’t like trying to many supplements but since my eye doctor recommended omega 3’s I figured I would try this even though I have been taking the liquid fish oil for a few months. I found that this supplement I actually do feel a difference, I’ve noticed that my stress level is much better and I have seen a difference in my stomach, I have issues with my stomach and it seems much better since I started taking this supplement. I have been taking this for about a week and a half and I will be buying more I just hope the price stays the same. The dosage says 3 times a day but so far I only take 1 because when I tried 2 I had to move my bowels more often so in time I will increase it as my stomach adapts. It does come packaged in a baggie inside a bottle so that’s the way I keep them and they go down easy.update just bought my second bottle I am now taking 2 a day. This is an excellent source of omega's, highly recommend.

Great supplement, a bit less per capsule than I would have expected. The capsules are hard coated I think to preserve it from going rancid. The pills are then in a sealable plastic bag inside the outer container. No air is getting to that oil. I can't say I have a dramatic change in health, but I so feel better taking this product for a vegetarian source of omega-3 acid for the heart.
