I've thought about giving these as giftsduring our next girl's trip but my friends aren't as open or active about holistic stuff or "p" health.It works best FOR ME before I shower. Sometimes there's a little white residue left behind after using it. I don't use it immediately before or after sex because...well it can be a bit tender. Don't fall for this scam. The only thing that a bunch of random herbs and clay (clay!) Will do to your yoni is to dry it out. And yes a dry yoni feels tighter. Dried up mucus will also shed (the supposed "cleansing") but it will make Symptoms of BV, yeast infection etc WORSE and will make you more susceptible to it in the long run. Really wished I had come across a secret to weapon to feminine health but I'm afraid this isn't it.
