I had the same issue as the one other reviewer that gave it 2 stars. The windows for the camera lenses don't line up with the phones lenses. There was also some kind of contamination and defects on the piece of plastic that covers the lenses. Some I was able to clean off, some were permanent defects. It does no good to be able to shoot 4K video if you're shooting through a poor quality piece of plastic. The fit and finish of the case is also not very good. there are several areas where the two halves of the case do not close all of the way. While there is a rubber O-ring that is intended to seal water out, I would not trust the case to stay together. I am overall very unimpressed with this case, and would never trust it under water. This is going back for sure, and I do not recommend this case.Especially to protect a $1000+ phone. Now this is a real purchase review.

This case is easy to use, fits well and the buttons work as needed. BUT, for photography, there is one drawback. The unnecessary rubber frame that surrounds the lenses on the outside of the back plastic cover causes severe vignetting when using the ultra-wide angle lens (see example.)This is truly frustrating, the more so because that frame serves no function other than aesthetic. Fix that, and I'll give this case a five star review.

Doesn’t even fit an iPhone 11 pro like they claim. The wide angle camera lens gets covered by the case no mater how you try to install it. Don’t waste your time or money

Just received this case, and will be returning it for a few reasons.1. When using the wide angle lens, you can see the black “lens hole” on the outer edges of the frame.2. Typing and scrolling response is limited, you can type something and it’ll miss a few letters here and there. Same goes for scrolling.

I like the protection this case offers, but the built in plastic screen protectors get dirt under them because they don't seal against the screen and they get scuffed and dingy over time. After 6 months I am no longer satisfied and looking for a replacement. If this case came with actual tempered class edge to edge screen protector and at least the same over the camera pod, then I would probably still be satisfied. I don't want the plastic screen covers any more because they start looking bad after a couple of months.After searching for something like I imagine i could not find it so I’m settling for replacing the 6 month old case with a new one of the same brand and model. It’s a low enough price that I can accept replacing it every 6 months. But it would be so much better if it either came with a tempered glass screen cover or with none but designed to work with tempered glass covers.

I like this case more than expected. I’ve been able to take it out kayaking and paddle boarding. Salt water got on the case and there were no issues (though I didn’t submerge the phone yet). This case has a little notch where I can attach a strap so the whole thing can attach to my lifejacket.I left the case on throughout the past 2 weeks. There’s no blockage of the speakers during phone calls. I feared it would be difficult to plug in the charger, but that area is easy to open and close. So I’ll keep this case on the phone for the long run.The first case I ordered was leaking in the camera lens hole, so the seller sent a new one and it’s been good.

I knew this wasn't going to be a great case at only $20 but I bought it to hold me over until the new waterproof lifeproof case comes out. Three things that could be improved: 1) The screen side of the case does not fit snug so it takes some effort to work through. 2) it's really difficult for people to hear me when I call them if the bottom is protector is plugged in. I try to use my blue tooth ear buds most of the time. 3) the bottom left camera lense doesn't fit correctly and the case covers it a tiny bit.

Don’t waste your money. Wait for a legitimate brand like Lifeproof or Catalyst. Used this for 2 days and the case doesn’t even close so what’s the point?
