First Impressions:Just received this this roof tent and it is huge! Very well-packaged and did not have any damage, which is surprising as that tends to happen with larger packages like this. The quality seems really nice and it literally lift open and close with no difficulty. Pop up in 5 seconds and push down in 30 seconds. Putting it down is easier with two people, but doable with one. The inside is spacious and fit me and my gf just fine.Inside, you get a collapsible ladder which seems a little flimsy when fully extended. You also get a rechargeable lantern which is a nice touch. Not sure on its performance, time will tell.Disclaimer:One somewhat important thing is that the tent is advertised as having a "switch" on each side that opens/closes the tent. There is not a switch, there are two cinch straps on each side (visible in one of the pics for the listing) that when undone, allow you to lift the tent with your arms. I don't think it was mislabeled on purpose. I believe the manufacturer is Chinese and Ill chalk it up to poor translation.This tent will be mounted on the roof of my Mercedes Sprinter conversion build. Will update if anything goes wrong.
