Lindy No-Snagg Slp Snkr

Not flawless, but very effective
If you do any bottom fishing (especially, in rivers), these are a boon. In rougher terrain, it's nearly impossible to fish with drop shots, Carolina rigs, or any other bottom-skimming approach because everything gets constantly snagged on the bottom. These seem to avoid the vast majority of hang-ups. The only caveat here is whether you fish in a location where oysters routinely attach themselves to the rocks. If so, keep in mind that even these little beauties will absolutely get snagged on those pesky shells. I don't know of any way to avoid them. There's a particular channel by my house that's full of such rocks. I used these "no snag" sinkers and it DID greatly improve my retrieval rate. But alas, after an hour-or-so of fishing, I still got my line hopelessly snagged on something in the deep channel and had to cut my line.

No-Snagg, Not Quite....
I bought these for my children for Christmas, and we recently went fishing and tried them out. Although they do work way better than an egg sinker, they were snagging on the bottom, and various other things. We didn't lose any, but I would call them Anti-Snagg instead. The price of sinkers these days is blowing my mind and it's much more painful to lose them then it used to be. These are definitely on the pricey side, but at least we didn't lose any like we do with the egg sinkers

Amazon price makes them worth it - they do what they claim
I've used these weights off and on for several years. The price is the only reason they aren't my exclusive weights. However, the amazon price is reasonable so I bought several to stock up.They are almost snag proof. There is always that rare situation where the bottom wins.

Not 'No Snagg', but good
Over the course of fishing the Tillamook jetty (large sharp rocks) for 5-6 hours, I did manage to snag these once which resulted in a loss. I snagged probably 7-8 times in total, but was able to work it free every time other than that one time. Overall pleased, would gladly lose a single $2-3 sinker to avoid having to re-rig 8 times in a day.

These work great!
Hey all you Power Bait fishers! slip this on per the directions. I use a #5 barrel swivel, 18 - 21" of 4 pound leader and a size 14 treble hook. Caught 3 nice 16" plus trout in less that 3 minutes each!! No Snags as promised! My tackle box has 3 of each size. Good Fishing! I know, you're going to ask me where I caught them....It ain't in the East. That's all the clue you get.

Seems to work but shipping too longer than expected
Originally I purchased this for fishing for strippers on the Hudson but the shipping took longer than the reason was available so I ddin’t get to try the sinkers out on the Hudson River this year. I’ve used the sinkers in a few lakes around the area.. Lots of times weeds and rocks. I have to say, I’ve had less snags or lost my tackle. The jury is still out on this product.... Sorry but it might be another year before I can try them again. Over all seems like a good product. The 4 star rating was due to the delay in shipping. Was kind of disappointed in that.

Nice weight, but hardly any rattle
These are well made. Rubber coated which leads me to the issue. These are supposed to rattle, but the rubber coating absorbs most of any rattle sound. No idea how effective they will be. They are good weights though

Really IS no snag!
Used this in weeds and the worst that happened is that I had to give a tug for it to come free. Trolled with it as well.
