I have had the battery in my Dell E5550 for about a month now. I followed the instruction to condition the battery and so far the battery is consistently giving me about 5 hours of use with Windows 10 set on high performance.

The installation as breeze with the included tools. The battery takes a change is holds it well so far. I'm happy with the purchase.

I ordered a G5M10 and received at higher voltage/wattage battery. I returned it since it is not what I ordered. Got an email 3 days later saying it is the "upgraded version" of the battery (62WH), and perfectly acceptable to use. After receiving a different battery from a competitor I tried the 62WH battery. Laptop wouldnt even power on. ALl in all not a great product or experience.

Cheaper than buying from Dell - works great!
