This knife cuts really well

I don't normally do reviews but this item is amazing. I bought it for my mother who has severe rheumatoid arthritis and doesn't always have the strength or the grip to hold typical knives. This knife is light yet sharp enough to cut through almost anything. It looks a big and we were afraid it would be too much for her but it's become one of her favorite knives. I'm definitely going to buy another one just in case.

I bought this for my husband, and he cannot control the cutting angle.The idea was good, and it is very sharp but not easy to use.

I had gotten to the point I couldn’t cut anything. This is a hand saver. Once you get the hang of it you’ll want to take it to restaurants with you.

I got this for my mom. She needs the joint replaced in both of her thumbs and has lost all hand strength. She balked at using one of these at first, but I bought her one anyway. Lol 😆 She loves it now! It saves her from pain.

I suffer Osteoarthritis in my thumbs and this knife makes cooking less painful. It's very comfortable to use not awkward at all. I think all knives should be like this. I have a bread knife also. I can't recommend this knife enough
