BioOnics Pause - Natural Recovery and Sleep Supplement - 15 effervescent Tablets

Absolutely loved this one from BioOnics! There are too many ‘sleep saviour’ related supplements currently out there that either hits you like a steam train making you feel overly lethargic in the morning or they just never work. Pause, on the other hand, works wonders. After consuming a tablet before bed, it definitely puts me in a meditative state, calming me down and therefore allowing me to fall to sleep with more ease. Not only that, I have noticed that my sleep quality improves drastically as well, thus, giving me much more energy in the day which has been a huge help for me. Highly highly recommend!!

If I could write no stars I would this product is awful it did the complete affect and gave me worse nights sleep. I could not switch of it kept me awake most of the night I tried for 3 days in a row just to see if needed to get in system but was useless now even more tired.

An absolute waste of money don’t bother

I occasionally get insomnia. Not all the time, but the kind where I stay awake on a Sunday night worrying about work then next day and then before I know it it's 4am and I have to be up in a couple of hours. It ruins me for half the week - my body feels heavy, my mood is awful, my confidence is shot to pieces. In fact, lack of sleep is probably my least favourite state.I've occasionally used supplements, teas and stronger things which sometimes work, but not consistently.I tried Bioonics pause after seeing it on Instagram and it healed me. I don't know whether it's the blend of natural ingredients, the dosage being right or what, all I know is that it allows me to switch off and fall into a deep sleep that I don't wake up from until the next morning. I feel well rested, clear-headed and ready to take on the day which is all I could ever ask for in such a product.Thanks Bioonics - please can you create something for women for that time of the month??#happycustomer

Bought these tablets with some skepticism, despite having been recommended by a friend. Whilst the taste is good, not amazing, the effects are clear and positive. I felt great afterwards and slept like a dead dog. 10/10 would recommend
