First order came in broken and sent back replacement came in broken as well no packaging was damaged the outer box or the gift box itself that it was in not sure why but it would’ve been a beautiful addition to my collection

This thing is gorgeous, however not made as high quality as other fairies I have bought. I received this as a Christmas gift and have now just gotten around to taking it out of the styrofoam and the wing had broken off of the fairy and is just falling apart every time I touch it. I have missed the return window so my fault but definitely suggest to open and inspect when it comes in

I got my product and the wings on the fairy’s were broke on it. I suggest not buying this item seeming I am not the only person who seems to have a issue with this item I thought it was just one or two people who got them broke but it seems like everyone gets it broke if you do get yours in one peace your vary lucky but the odds are really smoke

Received my item damaged! Box was in good condition but item was broken in 2 places would really appreciate a replacement item

Arrived broken, sent back and the replacement was broken too. Packaging was undamaged but once opened, was in pieces.
