I was hoping it would be a little bit bigger. The tast is not to bad. I gave it 3 stars because of the size.

Affordable, good amount of protein, and pretty tasty (pretty sweet) when mixing it into a smoothie! This was my first protein powder when I started working out and it certainly did help lessen muscle soreness and build more muscles in general!Of course, it's obviously not the best quality protein you could get; they have artificial flavoring and Ace-Potassium in there, which isn't the best for you long-term, but other than that, it's not a bad choice to start off when you're tight on money and want to get started.The only other thing worth noting I feel is that it made me kinda gassy while taking it, but at least until you start getting your bearings and know what to look out for, I'd recommend this brand for people who're aiming to get enough protein in their diet.

I bought this because it was cheap and I was out of town. It's nasty. Ohhh it's worse then I can describe without feeling nauseous. I forced down one shake and chucked the rest of the container.Avoid this crap if possible, if not possible, stop working out.
