good for mouse intensive tasks where the wrist remains on the pad for long periods without moving
I think the item concept is nice but I found that it rolls around very much and moves out of place easily when I move my hand back and forth from the keyboard to the mouse. I can see it being more helpful if I was doing more mouse intensive work so that I was not taking my arm off the pad very much. I found that when it moves out of place, my wrist does not always land in the same spot and I tended to not adjust it when I didn't intend to have my arm on it for long, this causes unintended pressures on my wrist and was not comfortable. It is rather soft, which seemed great at first but felt less so after a few days of use.

Comfortable but the balls don't roll with weight
Idea sounded good but I wouldn't buy again. When you place the weight of your forearm on the pad the balls indent and stop rolling. If you try to move it, it feels like it's scratching up your desk. If you can place your wrist without hardly any weight and you move your forearm around a lot it's great, next time I would just get a squishy wrist rest that doesn't move.Photo shows how indented the balls are.

but if the half circle hole was wider I would love it.
Moves very well, so it works. The inside curve only measures 2 inches at the widest point, so it doesn't fit snug to my mouse, so it is difficult yo keep it where I want it, but if the half circle hole was wider I would love it.

If you have carpel tunnel syndrome it may help just a little, me personally I like it because it moves with you when using the mouse with it other than that does no alleviate or help to relief my aches

It sticks to your wrist when you lift your hand ...
It sticks to your wrist when you lift your hand and drops onto whatever you have your mouse sitting on. It would be ok if it had a cloth-like cover that doesn't stick to you.Worse yet, it would cost $6 to return it. Not worth my time. Unless the seller would like to pay return shipping, this was a WASTE OF MONEY!There should be other ways of returning it than through Amazon's choices.

Good for mouse and keyboard | Comfortable forward and reverse
Comfortable and rolls easily. Works great for mouse and keyboard. For keyboard use, you'll have the flip the position of this device to have its curve facing your wrist as opposed to your palm - and that's still a very comfortable and ergonomic position. I can easily glide back and forth from keyboard to mouse while using this device without any difficulty.

Poor product descritpion, and an overpromise of features.
For the "CamRom Home & office Adjustable Computer Arm Support Mouse Pad Arm Wrist Rest Support Desk Attachable for Comfortable Computer Work CA1001 (Black-L) "There are no attachable features of this item. The product is also curling and the top fabric is starting to separate from the rubberized cushion below. Highly not recommended, consider perhaps a cheaper alternative.
