not very effective :-/
I'm a little disappointed by these. Maybe it's because my last bottle of collagen pills threw in vitamin C to boost the efficacy. And maybe it's because I went from taking 3g daily to 1.5g daily (the recommended dosage for these - 3 pills... my other collagen was 3 pills, also). I'm going back to my old collagen now that I finished this bottle. I've gotten the first bursitis attack I've had in years, and it hasn't helped fine lines and dehydration much, either.

Great Collagen pills
Great pills, easy to swallow, and works really good on my hip and knee pain. It has also helped with my digestion. I take Metformin and it helps me with the effects of that medication.

The product is good. I ordered 2 bottles and after taking them for more than 50 days I noticed my nails and hair grew up faster and better. My skin looks better and healty.

Highly effective

Easy to swallow pill to get my collagen in
I think I notice a difference. Easy to swallow pill, definitely better than taking collagen and in powder form, for me at least.
