Good filter - deceptive advertizing
The water filter works fine. Posting an ad picture which includes a pre-filter when the actual purchase does not is deceptive.

This is my 3rd or 4th now, so I've been sold for years.
It rocks--although the picture shows the pre-filter, you only get the full-house. You can do it yourself, but I chose a professional. You can taste the difference. Even better, not blasting yourself with chlorine in the shower.
