Great bed
This is a great bed brought for my mum she is a fussy lady but she loves this bed very comfy highly recommend.

After three years still delighted with this bed!
Stumbled across this old purchase while searching for something else and thought I must leave a 5* review.I've had this bed for almost three and a half years, and I couldn't be more happy with it. This comes from someone with back issues and rheumatoid disease so comfort at night is really important to me. The memory foam mattress has been amazing, comfortable and never too warm. The bed mechanism is still working brilliantly after very regular use, I've had no issues with it at all. The delivery and installation was worth paying for and I remember the guys being quick, friendly and helpful. Really happy to reccommend.

Great bed
Very good value for money, delivered within 5 days of ordering.Small damage to framework but this was replaced very quickly and without any trouble. Would definitely recommend the product and company

Warning do NOT buy anything from this company
When this bed was delivered I was very happy with it, so comfortable, I was able to have a good night's sleep. The delivery men were really helpful too.However since then the mattress has developed a fault, one side of it seems to have collapsed and is a good 2 inches shorter than the other. I have contacted sleepkings, but they will not do anything about it. They say that it is more than 3 months old , I reported the fault after 4 months, and as it isn't a manufacturing fault it is not covered by the guarantee. The staff at Sleepkings are all 'cowboys' , when I bought it I requested a refund of the VAT as I am entitled to, due to long term illness, firstly I was told that there was not any VAT charged even though I had an invoice stating it was, I had to report them to Amazon, and threaten reporting them to HMRC, but they still dragged their heels, eventually after 2 months I received the refund.

The mattress retaining bar was missing, but I couldn't have asked for more attentive response from the seller and issue was sorted promptly.Delighted with the purchase. Thank You.

Came with Missing and Faulty Parts. And Horrible Delivery Experience
I have quite a few issues to bring up about this order. First and foremost, the bed arrived with missing or wrong parts. One of the wheels was missing, which meant not all the wheels could be attached to the bed - this apparently was not a huge issue to the delivery man which is strange as when you're paying over £400 for an item you expect all the pieces you paid for to be included. On top of that, the bed arrived with the complete wrong headboard, as the holes on the headboard didn't align with the bed at all. Strangely, instead of the very rude and rather threatening delivery man to see that the headboard was clearly not fitting, he carelessly just re-jigged the ill fitting headboard and said "there it's fine" only for us to touch the apparently 'fine' headboard slightly and for it to immediately fall off to the side. Upon us seeing the headboard wasn't fitting and that things weren't going well, my Mother protested and said that the headboard was clearly wrong and that she expected the parts not to be faulty (the bed was for her, she has rheumatoid arthritis and she was looking forward to using the bed that night and was understandably disappointed) . Rather than having a sympathetic and even APOLOGETIC response to my Mother's disappointment and upset, the delivery man began to raise his voice and swear calling someone (I don't know who) a "b***ard" mixed with him angrily speaking in his language that we couldn't understand, he forcibly removed the headboard saying with anger "fine if you don't want it we'll take it away!" or angry words to that same effect. All the while he has a screwdriver in his hand which is being waved about (not in a knowingly threatening manner, but in a small space where there are 4 people standing, a screwdriver should never be swung about carelessly like that, and an accident could easily have happened in the furore) - I had to talk loudly over the man to let him know he needed to calm down, and even then he either couldn't hear me over himself or felt too angry to stop behaving with aggression. My mother was mortified by this episode and even thought I was in danger as I was standing on the stairs (I couldn't fit on the landing with the other 3 people) while he was angry and flailing about. I've never been in such an uncomfortable and frankly threatening situation dealing with a delivery man in my OWN home, where you expect to be treated with respect and civility. Not to mention someone that is meant to be representing the company and delivering an item you paid so much money for. I'd read some bad reviews about the Sleepkings delivery experience but did not think it would actually be as bad as this. I wish I'd have videoed the interaction as I still cannot wrap my head around the lack of professionalism and brutishness with which we were treated in our home.We asked the man to call Sleepkings about the issue of the wrong parts, as it wasn't our fault this had happened and felt it should be down to the Sleepkings representative (the delivery man) to try and resolve the issue and find out what was going on. He refused and coldly said "you have a phone you call them."I was then forced to look for their number and call them myself. I genuinely thought calling them would make the confusion and situation better and provide clarity and reassurance for us. I was wrong. The person I spoke to was unapologetic of their failings regarding sending the wrong parts, and also of the earlier altercation involving the delivery man and my Mother, which I reported. I was connected to a member of staff who spoke harshly to us and offered no reassurance and absolutely no apology. After speaking to us in a weirdly and inappropriately argumentative manner on the phone, the person finally told us that we'd get a replacement. I have still not received any correspondence from Sleepkings about it.Aside from all that, I was also under the impression that an adjustably bed would come with a mattress that could be attached to the frame/base so that the mattress moves accordingly with the base. The only thing keeping the mattress on the bed base as it moves is the weight of the person on the bed, which is an issue, as the mattress shifts downwards a little as it moves and also doesn't move accordingly unless someone is already sitting/lying on it. If you get off the bed while the head is in a upright position, part of the mattress will spring up where you were previously sitting and makes getting out of the bed in an upright position somewhat unstable - which my Mother sometimes needs to do due to her arthritis. I would give this 0 stars as the performance of the bed wasn't worth the distress the delivery experience caused us - however the mechanics of the bed work okay (although we're unable to use the remote raise the level of the bed up and down), hence the 2 stars. To conclude, it has been an overall horrible and disappointing experience.

Not same as in picture. Cheap mattress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY>
The mattress we got is very different to the one they are showing on Amazon. Quite uncomfortableas it just sinks in and cheap substitute. Does not support lower back. Have asked for return but still waiting. They keep on making all kind of excuses to pass time. Do not buy from them or you probably regret it badly. They only want your money.By consumers rights law they have to arrange a proper replacement or refund but they are simply ignoringit. My disable mother has been cheated with a cheap substitute that is not suitable for her at all.Refund was arranged by them then they came up with another excuse and did not do anything to put things right. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. Year and a half since I have brought the problem to their attention and all they do is come up with any excuse to do nothing and simply keep the money by cheating elderly people. It is sick how people are stealing.
