I purchased these rings because I wanted solid brass. Originally, the rings I purchased were a heavier gauge, which I liked. The most recent purchase of these rings were much lighter weight. The original, heavier rings, I have just discovered, are magnetic, not solid brass. This is deceptive advertising! I will not purchase from this company again! I have purchased snap hooks from another company. They were also not solid brass, so beware. It seems many of these companies are using deceptive advertising.
