I was looking for water boiler to replace my zojirushi always-on water boiler. After having purchased buydeem product already, I know they deliver quality products. So I ended up buying this.Let’s talk about different water boiler options and their pros and cons:1. Always-on boilers, they are supposed to always-on and they dispense hot water almost instantaneously, the way they do that is by reheating the water as the temperature drops. This gives you hot water instantly, but because of reheating of water over and over again, it can leave a smell in the water, reheating also wastes a lot of electricity.2. Let’s talk about at runtime heating solution(this water boiler), it boils/heats water to desired temperature when you dispense it, which means water is always freshly boiled or heated, no bad small, no wasted electricity. This does come with a price, you’ll have to wait for few secs for the water to heat and dispense.Coming back to the buydeem water boiler, let’s look at the pros and cons.Pros:1. This is design is very trendy and compact, great for small apartments/dorms.2. You always have freshly boiled water at your disposal.3. There are two pre-set water volume option( small ~ 3-4oz and big ~ 7-8oz)4. Varied temperature options, from room-temp to boiling point, for various drink options.5. Water dispensing is very streamlined, hence very less splashing.6. It has a built-in cleaning/descaling option, which is useful.Cons:1. Because it’s a boil at runtime type water boiler, there will be delay and to get heated water. If you want large volumes of hot water it could get annoying.2. Because there’s no filter option, can’t really predict the scale build up over time, I would recommend using pre-filtered water, so you don’t have worry about that.Verdict: For those quick tea/coffee brews, making instant noodles, and baby formulas, this is an excellent choice. Definitely short list if you are in the market for hot water boiler. Thanks

I've been looking at this water dispenser for a long time. I didn't want to purchase another electric kettle because we have one at home (where it boils and cannot adjust the temp). This product is great for its look but you do have to wait for awhile before hot water dispenses and the water when it gets cold it has this plastic taste to it... I'm not sure if it's because it's brand new...? But I have cleaned it twice according to the manual. And not to add that I cannot pour water directly into my small Swell bottle due to the height restriction of the machine. Also note the for large cup is about 250ml-300ml, it does not flow continuously; if you needed more water, you may need to press for another 2-3 times.

Water comes out randomly amount. Quite a big difference sometimes. Water temperature works well the first 2 months, then boiling water is not always at 212F. Sometimes it comes out warm, sometimes it’s boiled. Just very random. I cleaned the machine and checked boil point per instruction. But it’s still having problems. Quite frustrating considering I only have it for 3 months.

I really love this brand! However, this one doesn’t work. After boiling the water, the smell of plastic is so strong and I could not drink the water at all. I have tried many times to clean it, and the smell is still too strong! Disappointed!

Since the weather is getting cold, I’m looking for a water boil that can keep water warm so I can have warm water any time I want. I know this item before and I want it so bad! I’m so happy the pink color is available! The color is not pinky pink, it has some brownish tone in it, it’s pretty!The product is easy to use, the instruction has everything on it. It has a lock on it, before anytime you want the water, you need to unlock it first. it’s good for family who has kids and you put it on reachable position of kids. But if it is bother you, you can cancel the lock mode very easily. I’m so enjoying to use it right now! I can have a property temp water anytime I want by just push a button! You can see in the picture I’ve upload there is a 200ml water, it’s good amount of water I enjoy for one time! Also, it can make water to the temp of making coffee!Definitely recommend it!!

Overall it is a decent product. It does the job.Pros: It boiled just a cup of water for you when you needed it, you don't have to go through the trouble of boiling a whole pot and pour it in the thermals so that it doesn't get cold.Cons: The quantity and temperature are not very stable. Sometimes the 40 degrees water feels like 100. Sometimes a small cup looks like a big cup.The waiting time for a cup of boiled water is a little bit too long; it's about 1 min.

Every time the water comes out not the accurate amount. I love everything else about this product, the look the speed but the water amount comes out inaccurate every single time! I also used measuring cup to measure how much water comes out, and try to figure it out but unfortunately it comes out sometime 200ml , sometime 200ml sometime only 150ml.. it's really annoying when you want to make a cup of tea but the water comes out too little or too much every time.Sorry I have to get rid of it.

This is worth every penny especially if you are having a new born. The water boiler has multiple settings for different temperature. It is super helpful for doing baby formula at the right temperature. It has a keep warm feature so your water is never too hot or too cold. Very modern slick design. Elevates your kitchen asthetic.
