Hyaluron Pen
It definitely works but working it at first is hard. I highly recommending starting with a low amount in the ampoule at first. I followed a YouTuber and put way too much which made my top lip way too big. But it definitely works. Also cock back the lever first, then adjust until you see product coming out. This part confused me and I thought the device wasn't working at first.

Not pain free and no instructions but do the research and then it's worth it
The price is great and after some Google searches and you tube how to videos I managed to get a good idea on how to use it but I really wish it had come with actual instructions. I also have had an issue with it causing small hard bumps on the skin that last for weeks, which im not sure if it's normal or not because again it came with no instructions or warnings. Other then the issue of trying to figure out proper technique on using it or how much of what product to use it does seem to actually push the product in through the skin as promised. However and its a big however IT DOES HURT AND YES IT CAN CAUSE BRUSHING, SWELLING, BLEEDING AND BUMPS. So be careful and really research how to videos. Also do not inject regular hyaluronic acid serum the typical kind you will end up with swollen lymph nodes. If your getting this for the purpose of needle free filler like juvaderm products you still have to buy injectable filler to use in the pen.

Broke the first day I used it
It broke after my 2nd ampoule. The metal that loads the spring is all curled up and like another reviewer said I believe it's aluminum. Don't waste your money.

The PEN was USED and didn’t work.
Do not buy this pen! For starters it doesn’t work, secondly, it was used. There was gel on the pen and the box had nail prints on it and came open. That is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY IF NOTHING ELSE. Will never buy from this vendor again.

Breaks within the first few pumps
Bought and resturned one because it got stuck and did not pump. Second did the same and it is not used frequently. Horrible product.

Does not come with any serum. Serum is very expensive. Amazon doesn't sell it. Do your research. Pen broke the first time I tried to use it.

Por un momento pense que no servía, los videos no explican bien como usarlo, pensé en devolverlo, pero apenas lo entiendi me encanto, los labios me quedaron hermosos, lo usé con HYAFILIA CLASSIC. Recomendado al 100%
