I started Keto at the beginning of the month using a different shake as a meal replacement 2 x a day. It just had too many carbs, was hard to mix, too many calories, and was too sweet . I needed a different brand/shake. I finally found the Dutch Chocolate Keto Shake. It is delicious, not overly sweet. It has a low net card, low calorie count, and mixed beautifully into coffee, almond milk, or coconut milk. I like the extra caffeine kick. I add a trp of psyllium husk powder and a tbsp of golden flax meal once a day. Thanks for making a great product!

The pros to this product are tastes good, no aftertaste, can mix with nut milks, water or coffee. Blends well. If mixed with milk it satisfies my hunger about 4 hrs. Nice in a pinch if I dont have time to make a keto meal or to satisfy a sugar craving. Cons are it only comes in chocolate. I would love more flavor choices. Also 40 dollars is a little pricey. I've been doing keto for 1 month. Still have some shake powder left about enough for 3 or 4 shakes. So if you dont use every day and can stretch it for 6 to 8 weeks it's more doable. I'm still shopping around for lower price item.

The taste was okay. The product is definitely good for keto. This may be a bad review, but it's unfortunate that this didn't work for me. It made my stomach hurt something fierce I have no idea why. Haven't had issues with other shakes like this. Thanks for the return shipping though.

Keto+Shake not only tastes seriously amazing, but it has COLLAGEN & MCT OIL!! This shake saves me so much money because I don't have to buy collagen or MCT's anymore. But my favorite favorite favorite part about it is that it's made to have the exact macros needed to maintain ketosis. It makes the keto diet so much easier... I drink Keto+Shake for breakfast and lunch, then eat a low carb dinner, and I don't have to worry about my fat/protein/carb ratio. The shake does all that for me. I'm not even lying when I say that this is the best protein/collagen supplement I've ever purchased.

I chose to purchase this particular shake because I wanted to save a little money. The taste is good enough but no sooner had I finished drinking it then I was hit with an upset stomach. It started as a mild burning sensation and quickly escalated to pain and nausea severe enough that I had to lie down. I've tried it two more times since then incase it was something else that made me feel that way and it's without a doubt the shake. I'm starting to wonder if the positive reviews for this product are actually written by friends of the seller. I have an iron stomach and a high tolerance to caffeine so this is not a case of sensitivity either. It's not worth the savings.

Great chocolate taste if you use only one scoop and two cups of almond milk. I personally dont like it really sweet. It holds me over until lunch time. I drink one scoop around 430a and not hungry until 11a. The only issue i had with it is that after drinking it, my stomach would have a dull burning sensation, but would subside after about 20 minutes then i felt fine. Not really what i want in a protein shake. It is ok, but i think i would not purchase again.

I was beyond excited to find Keto Shake and that it already has all the ingredients that I was having to buy separately for my meal replacements into one container. I refused to pay for something that I could just make myself with all the right nutritional ingredients....well also being a mom of two strong spirited toddlers it was almost impossible to find the time to gather all the stuff to make the shakes daily that I needed. As soon as I found Keto Shake I was hooked, no where else can you find a product that actually does what it says it's going to, tastes good and doesn't ream you on the cost!

The taste is great, I mix it with almond milk for breakfast, sometimes I also drink it for lunch. I read someone would freeze and drink like a slushy, and that is something I also suggest. I usually don’t buy supplements with caffeine, but this is very clean, I don’t crash, I feel good all day. I usually use it after my work outs, but you can also use it before. I’m really loving this product, and look forward to seeing results, I’m a week in and down 1.5 pounds, I work out 5 days a week high intensity, and 2 days low impact/ yoga.
