really good product, easy to install and loads of features

I cannot emphasize enough how bad the performance of this device is. The spec sounds reasonable but the CPU is as good as a chocolate teapot, its slow and the touch screen is incredibly unresponsive most of the time (probably due to the CPU not keeping up with anything). Google maps (and most other apps, even spotify) takes forever to do anything and crashes a lot.The volume and other controls on the left hand side of the device do not illuminate which makes it hard to use at night and those controls are just as unresponsive as the touch screen. It also randomly starts turning the volume up completely at random with no reason and you cannot stop it quickly because of how unresponsive it is.I thought Id be able to somehow configure it and disable some features to make the thing work better but the operating system is so restrictive you really have no way to make it perform better. Theyve crippled android.Its become a kind of joke how useless it is in our van. We use it purely for FM radio and DAB radio now and its still a joke because of the random volume issue and unresponsive touch screen and non-illuminating controls. Its just pure comedy value. We are planning to replace it. What a waste of money. Id feel bad selling it to anyone else second hand!It seems like a great idea to have an android touchscreen stereo in a car but now Ive had the experience its taught me that a touch screen device in a car is really not that practical because you cannot "feel" the buttons so you end up looking at it all the time. Coupled with the poor performance and unresponsive touchscreen that is actually a bit dangerous! Also trying to use it for satnav Ive realised that any smartphone is better for that task as you can place it more in your line of sight on top of the dashboard, having the map in the console of the car just means you have to look down away from the road (at least this is the case where its mounted in our van).You would think for the money it would be ok when compare to something like a cheap tablet but it has so many devices/ features that for this money its really just pointless. Basically you need to spend more than this to get a good car stereo.If I can help anyone avoid buying this device then thats my good deed for the day!! Apologies to the seller!Good luck!

Good sound on product, but the radio is not very good. Poor instrctions

Disappointed that it's not compatible with Google Now Launcher as that has the "ok Google" voice command which I'd say is vital for an Android car stereo. The Radio forgets stations every 2 or 3 Days and seller wants me to remove stereo and take pictures of the wiring and supply them with a wiring diagram for my model of car. It remembers everything else so hey its not a wiring fault. It's slow for the cost of £100. Expected more.

I use it as a navigation and hand-free phone. Total failure does not work with the iphone 11 pro. Telephone paired with radio but no sound or voice overall it was a waste of money. The GPS signal searched for 20 minutes only works for a second or two and then searches for the gps signal again. It works neither as a hand-free telephone nor as a satellite navigation device. WiFi with phone connection at all time manually and so often is losing ‼️‼️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Everything is good apart from the internal microphone is very poor quality and I cant make use of the handsfree call function; no one can hear you properly. There is no where to plug an external mic so cant see a way of fixing this problem. If I knew I never would have bought it.

Come with 8.1 Oreo and not 9.0 as advertised. Now fitted want a compensation for paying that price when there are many cheaper on the market

I've changed my mind about it after couple of years. At first it was slow and crashing. Updated all apps but that didn't help so done factory reset. After that most of the apps do not work anymore as I can't log into Google account which is required. The log-in screen crashes and goes back to main screen.

In this price range, pretty decent navigation system

He cogido el de 4g va perfecto parece una radio de mucha calidad tiene un sonido muy bueno y va fluido y la camara trasera muy nitida la imagen. muy contento por ahora espero q dure mucho tiempo.
