Ok. Twists around in high wind and has habit of taking dives down to the ground. Unpredictable fly.

Very nice

Very disappointed and will be returning the kite. It looks awesome, but it just doesn't fly right. Something is way off balance and it suddenly pulls left and nose dives into the ground every time. We have lots of those cheapo plastic kits and they don't do this. We gave the kite another chance yesterday in some decent wind and the same thing happens, even when the kite is way up high (good wind). All of our other kits did fine in the same conditions. The grommit (that you attach it to) even fell apart. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or whether we just got a dud, but it's going back this week.

I bought this for my kids who have been pretty rough on other kites, but they were plastic cheapo kites...this is a much better alternative! The material is more resistant to tears yet maintains it lightness. It's pretty easy to put together and use and even came with a carrying case for when not in use. I believe that is the biggest reason for its longevity. When we're done we simply removed the crossbar and slide it back into the pack. Easy! I did receive this item at a discount in exchange for honest feedback. Even without that, however, this would have been with the price as compared to constantly replacing the cheap kites I was using. My boys have had this for several weeks at this point and it's still in excellent condition.

Great kite and it comes in a very nice carrier/bag. The bag can also double as extra tail if you are flying in a strong wind. It was easy to assemble and use. We plan to travel with it so we can have a kite in the car. Goal is to fly a kite in all 50 states. This would also easily pack in a suitcase.
