13-Piece Blender Syste

Do Not Buy a Ninja Branded Product !!!!!
When a Ninja Blender breaks, your warrantee service consists of you shipping the broken item to North Carolina. YOU have to pay for shipping both ways!!! And they make you pay for return shipping when you call in your warrantee work!!! The Ninja motor is bulky and heavy, so your "under warrantee" $200-$250 Ninja will cost you between $40-$60 in order to get it repaired. ...oh, and by the way, if you plan to use this product every day, it's going to break! The "safety" lockout (which is important) is made of flimsy plastic that will wear down as you use it. Eventually when you twist your blending cup into the motor, you will get a flashing red light telling you it isn't installed correctly. At that point, you are done! Break out your wallet because you've got some shipping to pay for!!I thought I was doing good buying this product over a Nutri Bullet RX; it cost a little more, but it came with the blender and food processor. Now I realize that it will cost me more than I ever thought possible!I know four people who originally bought a Nutri Bullet RX, only one of them had a problem, it wasn't with the motor, and Nutri Bullet covered all the costs to fix their problem.I know six people who own Ninja Nutri products, and every one of them has had an issue. After they found out how much it would cost to ship the item for repair, they either bought a new one, or bought a Nutri Bullet product to replace it. Sadly, I'm the only one that bought the big "13-Piece System", so I've already invested too much money in this.So Buyer Beware!!! If you buy one, it will break. When it breaks, you can either buy another (so don't buy the expensive one), or spend up to $60 to get it fixed "under warrantee". I'd avoid Ninja products all together. I will never buy another Ninja product.I also discovered in this process that "Ninja" is the same operation as "Shark" vacuums and steam mops...I won't be buying that brand either! If I could give it zero or less stars, I would!!

It does a great job!
I have had this system for nearly two years and haven't had a single problem with it. I use the food processor part the most for blending potatoes for pancakes and casseroles, making hummus, chopping large quantities of cranberries and nuts (together); closely followed by the smaller jars to do everything from chop nuts to blending smoothies. It's a real space saver, since you don't have to have separate food processor, blender, etc., and I can do small quantities or large. It does a great job!
