This set was beyond my expectations. Quality bands, high resistance, very sturdy handles. This will not work on flimsy door frames because the resistance will break the door or door frame. Appears to be a set that is durable. I thought it was a great value. I have purchased other tube resistance set but they were for beginners, even using all the tubes. This set is different much stronger. Better quality than the others.

You are only limited by your imagination when using these bands. If you are into calisthenics they can either assist or add resistance to common movements such as: pushups, pull-ups, and dips. But even less common movements like: L sits, handstands, human flag. You just need to put some thought into how to anchor them to what is available in your immediate vicinity. The quality has been sufficient and as good as any other brand that you can find on here. Certainly a must for traveling!

These are thick sturdy work out bands. I like all the products that came with the bands, as well as the storage bag.

Cant do pull ur body weight? Using this will help you get started on doing pull ups and chin ups by a lot as well as dips. Helped my friend go from 0 chin ups to 3in just a couple of days

High quality resistance bands. Fair warning, you may feel obligated to cancel your gym membership after using these bad boys. The door anchor plus the handles & clips makes it possible to do almost anything. Perfect for stretching, weight training and mobility.

These are exactly what I expected them to be. They have good resistance so far. We will see how they hold up over time but they have been working really well. The handles and everything look like their quality built. And the bag to hold everything is a great addition.

Gave a three because I do love them. But they came folded up and they basically stick to themselves. Unfolding the purple one it pulled and ripped a chunk out of it.Don't want to return all of them because I was desperate to use them.The others work fine so far.Purple unusable.

When I first received the product I noticed a dimple on the Black band. Thought it was only cosmetic. After using it a few times it started to tear. Apart from that, the other bands are holding up. The accessories mainly the handles, are of surprisingly good quality. The handles use two Box X stitches. Most handles only come with one. The carabiners have some heft to them as well, so not worried about those either.Overall good bang for your buck but quality control slipped up on my order.

Some superficial imperfections in the rubber but nothing worth returning. They are exactly like my other bands.Note that when you first receive the bands they will be tacky and shiny, they get “chalky” over time, this is normal (like the regular bands at the gym)

I’ve been using these for 2 months and haven’t been disappointed. This was a great purchase to substitute gym workouts during COVID lockdown. I’ve had some great workouts with these - there’s lots of guidance on band work on YouTube. Quality for the price is excellent.
