Q: Is the band adjustable?

Yes the band is adjustable, on the clasp there are a couple of small adjustments and there are small pins that can be removed to remove sections of the band for larger adjustments.

Q: The specs say a band width of 9mm obviously incorrect what is the band width?

Don't know. Didn't keep the watch. But I found the whole thing too small for a man however.

Q: In would like to know where it made?

I believe Invicta is a Japanese company. I doesn't matter though. I have bought 4 invicta watches for myself and family members.All of them look and work great. Hope this helps.

Q: Do the other smaller dials move?

sure they all work as well, one is for second, it is moving all time, the other two work as stop watch. One for second and one for minute.
