Worked great for my 1993 Ford Ranger
Worked great for my 1993 Ford Ranger with LED headlights and taillights (including brake lights with load resistors for the ABS burnt out taillight detection fix) - note that Rangers like this one need two of these - the 1st one is for the blinkers, the 2nd one is for the emergency flashers and is directly behind/above the blinker relay in the fuse panel under the dash. You can pop out the emergency flashers one with a small flathead screwdriver.

Sent me the LED version but it works great
Install this into my 72 Datsun 510 to alleviate poor/inconsistent blinker speed. They sent me the LED version which has a ground wire coming out, that has to be grounded, but it works great in my application and has a nice consistent blink rate.

Fixed my fast signals and no blinker click in 92 f150
Extremely easy install, just pull the old flasher out with your fingers in fuse box and pop the new one in it's place. I had extremely fast signals and no blinker noise with regular old halogen bulbs. This fixed all my problems, would buy again!

Works on 93 d250
Despite having all halogens, my 93 dodge Cummins developed a rapid, random hyper flash. Put this in and it has a normal, consistent turn signal cycle now. Works great!

It works
I have a restored '76 Honda CJ360T with incandescent bulbs that the signals went out. The old flasher went bad and I replaced it with this flasher and all is good again. The signals blinked at the normal speed. The audible sound is a little louder than the old flasher but it is not annoying.
