I've been looking for a battery pack for my phone for a long time as I use my phone for exercise and this is perfect. It's robust and I haven't run out of power yet! Plenty of time to get me through my training.It doesn't feel that different from having just the phone in my pocket and adds protection too. Very good.

Product only worked for just under a month, and now will not be charged up again. Plus there seems to be no option for a refund. Do not waste your money on this defective case, otherwise you'll be stuck with it.

Hokds plenty battery life, can still use the thumbprint readder to, aome reviews say they cant but thats because they most likely set it up without a case on to begin with, its no issue at all, its comfortable and easy to function, 1 click for on and 2 clicks for off, can charge both the phone and unit at the same time as well as 1 at a time, well worth the money and would happily buy again if this unit broke

This is okay but I am forever having to have my phone charger plugged in as it takes all day to charge. It prioritises the battery pack so if you phone dies completely you no linger have access for half the day while the battery charges almost fully, then it starts to charge you phone through the battery. The problem then is it takes a good few hours of very slow charging just to get to 10%. That said, while at work my phone would run out and this battery pack case does then give it charge when I can't plug a charger in or carry a seperate power bank and chord.I have noticed that the battery charges the phone faster than charging plugged in through the battery pack. So I have started charging it via the battery until full and then charging the battery. It is not the most ideal solution and I am still having to have it pligged in a huge amount of the day. I got home at 8am, put it on charge. Woke at 3pm to get ready for work and it was still only 57% charged and the top battery light was flashing to indicate the battery pack was not yet completely full. That is a long time to charge from 35% to 57% when the battery pack had 3 bars of power at the onset of charging.In short, I don't think it is worth the price and I am concerned with how hot it gets when charging phone from the battery. Annoyed at how long it takes to charge up when connected to the mains. I am already looking for an alternitive.

This is my third battery pack over the years and by far the best. Very good quality built. The extra usb port to charge a second device is very useful. Besides its function as a power bank it really protects the phone as well. 5000 mAh are enough to charge the phone almost 2 times which gives you enough power and charge for whatever you want.

It's uncanny how this battery case has become my trusted sidekick. With a 5000mAh punch, it's been a stealthy source of power during lengthy escapades. The bonus kickstand is a cheeky touch for the occasional video binge. Yet, I find myself pondering - can my Samsung S8 and I ever go back to a life of scrambling for sockets? Unlikely, my friends, unlikely.

Worked great out of the box as case came fully charged, however case would not recharge and had to send back for refund. Very difficult to get fingerprint reader to work due to thickness of case

Only worked a few days but a full refund was issued. Customer service was quick and very much appreciated.
