Manufactured not true to design.
Water line is a bit short. Had to add to line to get fountain flowing. Also when assembled, it is not straight, so needed to shim for leveling.Looks nice and sounds good

Great piece added to the garden.
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to put together. Looks great in the garden. It’s been set up for a week so far so good. As for durability in the weather has not been long enough to say if it held up.

Bad craftsmanship.
The style is good and easy to assemble.The craftsmanship and quality was not so good. Took a lot of shimming to get it in-line to take out the different levels of crookedness.

Make sure you have it level before filling. Very Important!
This fountain is lovely and provides a calming effect all day long or however long you want it to run. Mine is on a timer that comes on early morning and goes off at dark. The birds love it and can take baths on all 3 levels. I had purchased a cheaper fountain earlier in the season and the base was about 20" from the bottom to the first basin and it was weak and could not hold the level no matter what we tried. This one is much lower to the ground and far more sturdy. I would recommend buying the clarifying liquid to keep the water clear and safe for birds. It was ordered on a Tuesday and delivered in just 2 days! I'm so happy with this purchase. Worth every penny!

Nice little fountain
Nice little fountainWe didn't get the color we ordered. Ordered "Earth" received "Black". But it actually worked out better. Instead of returning and waiting to get the other one, I just picked up a couple cans of hammered dark bronze spray paint. Scuffed up the pieces before painting them so the paint would stick better. Left the inside of the bowls the black. Only took a couple hours of extra time for the painting part.Fountain goes together quite easy.Didn't find the directions to be difficultDid some shimming to level the fountain but that is to be expected.Also added a float valve to keep the water level full

You get what you pay for.
The media could not be loaded. The product was good for the price. The item was a little out of shape in certain parts and did not come painted but for the price I’m not complaining. I painted it myself which was very easy. Just set it up so not sure about the quality of the water pump yet. I will update in a few months. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
