Infrared Automatic Soap Dispenser Sensor Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel Touchless Soap Dispenser with Waterproof Base for Bathroom Kitchen Hotel

I guess I shouldn't expect much for the price I paid (about seventeen), but after almost two years of use the unit stopped dispensing soap, I'm guessing because the pump is broken. The motion lights work/flash but the unit now makes no sound like it did when it would dispense soap. For the last few months it would intermittently stop working, so that was probably the sign. It looks more expensive that similar models (more of a brushed nickel with a base and buttons that don't contrast), so that's a big positive for it. The fact that it didn't last even two years drops its score.

I like the design and it looks like a high end dispenser. It is very light weight and portable. It’s sensors are a bit tricky and you have to okace your hand correctly and hold it there for a few seconds before it dispenses. Unfortunately it inly lasted about 6 weeks and now nothing dispenses anymore despite replacing batteries and cleaning the unit thoroughly.

This replaced another, almost identical, touchless soap dispenser. My first one lasted about 4 years, which is pretty good. This dispenser is very nice. Clean looking. Quality built. I like the (+) and (-) buttons on top to increase or decrease amount of soap dispensed. My only disappointment is that the soap comes out of the dispenser very very slowly. You really have to hold your hand under the dispenser for a while until it finally stops. Other than that, I'm happy with the product.

These days, touchless dispensing is very important in office settings. I set up the unit and it works well so far and staff is excited to see us purchasing touchless dispensing units. They've been difficult to locate with other vendors with timely order processing, but these units were fulfilled by Amazon, so the order was received within one week. I gave the value rating as a three, only because I expected the unit to hold a larger quantity of liquid. In the description, I would recommend noting the 8 ounce capacity, which is also imprinted on the box. We will be ordering more units.

I purchased 4 of the dispensers in Oct. 2020 & now 3 of them have stopped dispensing the soap. There is a lifetime guarantee but I can't find where to activate the warranty. I only want to exchange the three items that don't work. When they worked they worked fine in my home.

In these days off COVID, this is a great product. It's just inside the house as we come in, and it's a good reminder to sanitize before touching anything else. It does tend to be a little too easy to activate, as in, when putting something down next to it, it dispensers product when it wasn't called for. We changed it's location to avoid that.

Initially pretty happy with this. The motion sensor tends to get gummed up with soap fairly frequently and needs to be cleaned. Last straw was it has started to lose it's prime between uses. Have to wave hand under it twice to get the initial soap out and a third time to get enough to be usable to wash hands.

I like this product. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because I cannot tell when the liquid soap is starting to get low. It would be nice to have a clear place along the side so that you could monitor the amount of soap. Otherwise the censor works great every time.

Pour savon à vaisselle. Très pratique,pour la durabilité ???? Cela fait environ 1 mois.

When I finally got this product (I purchased 2) I set them up and they worked once and that was it, couldn’t understand what was wrong, but they appeared to be leaking. Finally I took off the bottom cover where I had installed the batteries and the whole area was immersed with soap from inside the container???!!! No good.
