When someone asks me for cooking advice, I tell them, invest in stock! Not the financial kind, the chicken, beef and vegetable kind. I know most people don't have time to make their own. So I figured why not help these folks out by making the same kind of stocks I use in my restaurants. To make my stocks rich and flavorful, we simmer them with only the best ingredients. If it’s not found in nature, you won't find it in here. Then we pack them up, and bam! You've got my restaurant quality stock ready to use in your home. My beef flavored stock is a great base for soups and stews. It's delicious in classic French onion and beef barley soup. Or try it in my recipe for beef stew or braised beef shanks. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.

Great beef stock.
I use this beef stock to make French onion soup where the flavor of the stock is everything. I have used regular grocery store bought brands but none compare to Emeril's. I am not going to go through the time and trouble to make my own but this is the next best thing. I have recently purchased the Emeril's chicken stock, as well, and it is every bit as good as the beef.

Quality brand but too much sodium
I suppose this is a nice enough product but WAY too much salt for my taste. Seems like the sodium is trying to overpower the beef taste. Won’t buy it again…sorry.

This is a great soup base as well as a flavor booster for any dish to calls for water.

Nice beef stock flavor, but too salty. I like salt giving flavor to foods, but this had too much.

misleading ingredient list on Amazon
The ingredient list on Amazon does not include soy sauce. The product I received DID include soy sauce in the ingredients. Cannot use it since I am allergic to soy. Lot of money for nothing.

Very good both with little fat, so it doesn't ruin the flavor of the food or gravy. I would use anything but Emeril's broth
