Easy to set up and use.
Brilliant bit of kit. Easy to set up. Simple to use app. Camera has good picture quality and the pan and tilt operate smoothly. Effective alarm setting lets you know if anything is happening that shouldn't. For peace of mind whilst away from the house this is money well spent.

Lovely little camera, great pictures, lots of functions but no help in finding out how they all work
The camera fully met my expectations based on the description given, it arrived the day after ordering, was easy to set up and works well. The only disappointment is that the product only comes with a 'quick start guide', no full user manual is packaged with it and none is available to download. So, I can use all the basic functions but with everything else I'm on my own. There are many things I do not understand and am still trying, by trial and error to figure out.

Not a bad camera but.......
If you are happy to record to sd card or subscribe to online storage then device is fine. Should you want to save images/ record to your own local storage then the device is missing protocols to allow this. Suspect Ezviz have done this to increase income stream via their online storage solution. Otherwise works as expected and fairly well.

This is a great camera sitting on the window sill looking out. works great with the echo show, the ezviz app is very easy to set up.The only one thing we have found is. If there are no lights in your garden the camera does not work.
