Do yourself a huge favor by adopting the use of this HUGELY popular and trusted brand known throughout many Latin American/South American households as a multi-use “soap” bar that is not only sustainable and economical but it WORKS!!! I refuse to be bothered with big bottles of detergent that have chemicals coursing thru the neon orange bottle of many notoriously American household well-known “other” brands. However, I must implore you to dig deeper as these chemicals are taxing to the human body and personally, I was overwhelmed by the propensity of the irritation it caused my skin. It wasn’t until I had an opportunity to go to camp that I realized the break it afforded me to take from the detergent and I noticed an immediate difference in how I went about my daily camp activities and enjoyed them carefree without any itching. I could sit down and not be reprimanded for always being fidgety or just generally cause a ruckus. The freedom it gave me in that moment was liberating as I learned to deal and cope with my life and adversity not by avoiding being uncomfortable but by way of learning to cope. My neighbor told me about the soap to get out really tough stains before washing. A brand new T-shirt of mine got self tanner all over it. I thought I’d have to throw it out. I rubbed the soap on the shirt waited 10 minutes or so, and threw it in the wash.I was amazed that I got off every bit of self tanner, and looked brand new!

Zote is unbelievable. I saw the product in an article.I can’t believe how wonderful it works. It has taken out every stain so far. I wet the garment or item then rub the bar of soap on the area until it’s very sudsy. I’ll then rinse it off and check if stain is coming out (Which it is) then I wet again and rub until sudsy then put in washer. It takes off grass stains, blood, pen marks and chocolate. I was an avid Oxyclean user but this is less expensive and it doesn’t need to be left overnight like I did with Oxyclean.

I hand wash my laundry during the warm months, and Zote soap is now a staple of my laundry routine. Zote soap comes at an incredible value for the price you pay! It gets the laundry squeaky clean and each bar will last a long time. You can shred it to make your own detergent or apply it directly to a washboard or the laundry. The only complaint I have is that I do not like the citronella scent, but the fragrance is light, so it is easy to look past.

I use this product with two others to make my own detergent. It works great!

My grandma used this soap in Mexico to remove stains from pretty much everything. Now I'm so happy that I can get it in the USA. It’s environmentally friendly, it doesn’t have any artificial scents and it works. Leaves whites whites and it doesn’t damage the fabric. Big fan!
