BEST PENS EVER!!!!!
These are the Best Pens EVER!!! I love pencils, pens, and markers of all sorts and shades. And I buy a lot of them; that was until now. I love THESE pens. They have a wonderful variety of colors and different sizes of heads on them from fine to medium. I prefer the fine personally, but others that I have introduced these pens to also like the medium. Simply a personal preference. But the overall reaction to the feel, smoothness of the writing and the feature of being ERASABLE INK is 10 stars!!!! The erasable ink is completely erasable, meaning that there is NO INK residue on the paper. It wipes away completely (even the erasable highlighter comes right off!). Now this is accurate for regular notebooks that are used in college or heavier paper. More fine and "shiny' paper will have a residue, but you will get that even with a regular pencil on those types of paper. So again, this is a great feature and I can honestly say that I have a wonderful collection of assorted pens and markers that just sit on my desk, because I will now only use Pilot Frixion Ball Knock Retractable Gel Ink Pen, 0.5mm.

I'm pretty obsessed with these pens and I've recommended them to so many people! I stumbled across them while looking for a type of Pilot pen that was made in the 90s but, sadly, no longer seems to exist. With these, I was intrigued by the ability to cleanly erase and delighted by the variety of colors available - and the various point sizes, because I love a good fine point! Right now I'm using the .50, and I plan to try the .32 next. They write smoothly and the ink is vivid. It sounds silly, but one thing to keep in mind is that the thermal properties that let you "erase" the ink apply all the time. The friction from the eraser causes heat that turns the ink invisible - and the heat from, say, a car parked in the sun will do the same thing to the ink on the page (even to the pen itself, if it's hot enough). You can make the ink visible again by getting it cold (stick it in the freezer), but it's a little faint. And the cold will bring back ALL of the ink, so if you erased and rewrote a lot, it'll be a mess. Because of the potential for environmental temperatures to alter the ink, I don't recommend these pens for any kind of keepsake, anything you want to be sure will last for a long time. But for daily use - taking notes, making grocery lists, etc. - they're fantastic!

Much Better than Pencils
I wish these RT versions were sold in the US like the capped ones are, but I'm glad I can get them here. You click them by pressing down the clip, which is smart because otherwise, the pen would be clicking while erasing.I've used the blue black pen the most, and it's the one I like the best. The black pen's ink looks more gray than black, which I am not fond of. In fact even with pencils I use B or 2B lead instead of HB. That being said, I really like using these pens in situations where I would normally be using a pencil, and I will continue using them on everything except a Scantron sheet. I like that the rubber on the back does not run out like an eraser would. They do not bleed very easily because the ink is almost waxy (or maybe it is just very gel-like) so it stays on top of the page or at least the dye/pigment does, which makes sense (so it can be erased). When erased, it leaves a light yellow tint behind (which is probably the substance the dye/pigment is suspended in). You probably won't notice it unless you draw some huge filled in circles like I did to test it, or you're looking for it. Be careful when writing on both sides of the paper and then erasing on one side because it might erase the other side as well from the friction.I probably could have gotten away with just getting the blue black pen, but now I have the other colors when I need them. If you don't like writing with a pencil and don't like using white-out, get these pens. They are the best erasable pens around.

Vibrant colors, smooth inkflow, erases thoroughly.
The colors in these pens are varied and very satisfying. The pens are a nice thickness in my hand (not too thin, not too thick). I like that the whole pen shows what color the ink is, so the right color is very easy to grab out of a pencil case or bag. Of course the pens' erasability makes them wonderful for writing calendar memos or for taking notes. I like these better than the .7s, which tend to smear just the slightest bit, and which also tend to have a harder time getting erased. These .5s erase pretty thoroughly with little effort, and I think the writing I produce is more even-looking with these than with my .7s.

Awesomest pens EVER!!!
I absolutely love these pens! I have a thing for pens, but these are truly unlike any other pen I have ever owned. They are great for students taking notes during lecture. I wish I knew about these pens earlier in my college years! Its the only pens I have ever used that are really fully erasable! With all the fun colors you can switch up colors as you are writing to help you locate the important notes. It also makes it easy to change colors for different topics covered. Or at least that is how I tend to write notes to keep them organized. If you're looking for pens for note taking, look no further. These are very well worth their price. The 0.5mm will last longer than the 0.7mm because of the smaller point, less ink is used that then 0.7 so they will last a while. I've used them for a 1.5 semesters and all the pens still have ink.
