We placed on the ceiling but need light to glow in the dark , if u have enough light in the room ,then only useful else not

Good product

Very good night sky view in ones bedroom ceiling .The stars are made og fluorescent material that absorb and emit light when it is pitch dark .Analogous to the fluorescent markings seen on a Highway where there is no lightings available and the markings serve as a very effective guide in the dark of night .
