Very warm and cosy
I'm 5'8, 13 stone - ordered a medium.Happy with the sizing of this. This is mostly going to be used when I'm inactive, outdoors - e.g. sitting around at a campsite or at a winter evening football match. The fit is generous enough to wear extra layers underneath if required, but not so loose that it looks oversized. I would recommend this jacket if you get cold very easily, but not if you warm up quite easily or plan on doing something active. I have one minor snag with this coat, which is that the zip isn't as windproof as I'd like - I could feel the cold air getting into my jacket via the zip, when walking against a heavy wind.My first choice jacket was the Mountain Equipment Lightline jacket but the prices seem quite high on those at the moment, so I settled for this one at £113.

Outstanding for the money.
Extremely lightweight, but incredibly warm. Not so good in the rain but should be seriously considered for someone who loves the outdoors. It would just need a waterproof outer and in extreme minus temperature either a fleece or simple thermals. For day to day use in cold dry weather it's perfect. It can be washed in the machine at 30c and then tumble dried and it's as good as new. Highly recommended.
