Fits an adult perfectly, I bought this to build onto as I want a large flower crown but the price for this is perfect as a base to the crown, it's very pretty and delicate looking and probably needs to be Bobby pinned in if you are wearing it outside.

Read the reviews and move on from this.....
Flowers were smushed and it was huge on my kiddo. It was an easy fix ran the flowers under water and it fluffed them up and it was easy to resize but for the price that's stupid... I could have gotten a better one at Walmart for about half this price
