Initially disappointed and then impressed
This is the review I wrote once I received the product => I looked at the reviews of several battery sellers and settled on buying this one since it was advertised as a new battery. It arrived in time but not only was it scratched at the back but it was half charged when it arrived. That charge didn't last 4 hours even though the phone was not in use. After then charging it over night, the battery was flat within a few hours of being left idle during the day. What a waste of effort and money!A day after I wrote the review the company contacted me offering to either send another product or refund my money. I asked for another product and received it within 10 working days. I tested it for almost a month and it worked much better. Additionally, I was very impressed with the prompt customer service.

i dont know if it's original but works fine
this battery appears to be original, but the envelope didnt say anything of blackberry, however fit on my phone and works well, i recommend charge 12 hours first time

Not New, Won't Hold A Charge
This battery was advertised as new, but it was clearly NOT new. It arrived fully-charged, covered with scratches, with obvious wear on the contacts. I put it through a full standard charging cycle, but it won't hold a charge for more than a few hours. Highly NOT recommended.Update: For some reason, Amazon published my review under a battery other than the one I ordered. The one I ordered came from bargainwireless.

Great response
First Battery was defective and would not work in my phone. I notified the vendor with the indications I was having. The reply from the vendor was most appologetic and they stated that it appeared that I recevied a defective battery, They immediately replaced it with another and it works spectacular.I could not be more pleased and am somewhat embarassed to say, but was shocked at the wonderful service I recevied. I had my guard up thinking that I was going to regret the return replacement process, but it was by far , the best I ever encountered, and I am a corporate buyer so I am aware of what could have happened!!

Just what I needed
After having my BB for 3 years, my battery was fading fast. This new battery does the trick, although it didn't come in BB packaging, and I now have the same battery life as when my BB was new. It has breathed new life into my tired BB.

This battery is obviously not new. It has scratch marks all over it, and wear on the contacts. At least the moisture indicator is still white...

It works
After a month this battery has held up just fine. The battery looks scratched and obviously not new, but, after giving it a full charge it does what it's supposed to do...and that's what counts.

it replace my old battery which used around 2 years. This new one looks not a brand new since there some scratches. But the battery itself work good. worth $16
