Quality of the product
I just got my niucoco conditioner and i'm so happy! It's the best all natural conditioner by far and i've used other natural products before like pureology and the results are not the same. It leaves my thick asian hair nice and soft.I also want to add that they now have a dry shampoo as well which i'm super excited about. My face got pimples using Batiste, Cake, Klorane and Marc Anthony so I stopped trying to find one that works for me. Now i can trust niucoco dry shampoo which I have no problems using. No more break outs.

Feel like I got ripped off I feel like I didn’t get the full amount in the bottle should it not be full or close. I used a very small amount in my palm, but to get it out, I had to squeeze the bottle to death

Not sold at first!
The first time I used these products I wasn't impressed. The formula is really thick I had a hard time getting it out of the bottles even after taking the top off. My hair felt like straw. After the second usage it was coming and my hair felt like silk!

Love it! Save my hair!
I have thick hair and it’s very frizzy and dry after I colored my hair. I heard about this product from a YouTuber and didn’t have much hope. The first time I used this I didn’t really see any results. But after 2 weeks , I start to feel my hair is getting smoother and shinier. I highly recommend you used its conditioner together, while I also use hair mask from other brands.They are not on the cheap side but I will definitely repurchase them!

Expired
The shampoo and conditioner were made in 2020 and 2021. It is 2024 now. I think they are expired.

Not a full product. The bottle came half empty.

Works well and smells great!
I have been looking for an all natural shampoo and conditioner that doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy - and this is it! The shampoo lathers up more than most and it all leaves my hair feeling clean and light. I also love the coconut scent. Will buy again. Even though it is a little pricey, it is worth it.
