Short, durable, inexpensive, not quite stable for leaning back
I am an avid hiker, camper, and wilderness backpacker. There are several things I look for in a portable chair: Comfort, Durability, Weight, and Cost.I own several WildHorn Outfitters Terralite chairs ($60), and this Tinya Chair ($30) will be a direct comparison.PROS- Portable (it folds small!)- Inexpensive (1/2 - 1/3 the price of the WildHorn)- Durable frame (rust-proof, according to the manufacturer)- Durable chair (material is solid throughout)- Carry bag included- Easy assembly (much easier than the WildHorn, which requires some muscle to put on and take apart)- Rigid frame- Rated to hold 250 lbs (WildHorn is rated for 300 lbs)CONS- Feels slightly heavier than the WildHorn- Short in height: although this chair is a couple inches taller than the WildHorn, the steeper incline makes it harder for you to sit more upright. This makes me feel like I could fall off while leaning back AND it forces me to put more energy to hold up the neck/head. I am 5'7". As a result, the chair feels short and unstable for leaning, but works fine for sitting slightly bent forward/upright- Unlike the WildHorn, it does not come with additional leg accessories to help the chair from sinking in the sand or mud- Rigid frame makes the chair stiff (WildHorn's is flexible and more comfortable)- Carry bag is not meshed, so be sure to air out the chair a bit to help minimize mold build up. However, because it is not meshed, it also should last longOverall, it is not as comfortable, sand/mud-proof, or stable as the WildHorn Terralite, but at 50-65% lower cost, it is an inexpensive, portable, solid chair to bring to picnics (not so much the beach or muddy areas.) This chair may work fine for shorter people, but for someone who is 5'7", I prefer the more expensive WildHorn.

PERFECTLY SUITABLE
I love this chair!! It truly is light weight and I like that it is higher off the ground than other chairs that I have seen. I wanted this chair to carry in my backpack when I attend an all day prayer event next weekend. My concern was putting the chair together as I am a 71 year old female and I want to be able to put it together by myself. I CAN! But there is a trick. First of all, when you unpack the chair for the first time, note how it comes out of the case so you can easily get it back in the case. There is plenty of room. Not like some things that once they are out of the bag, they are out of the bag! So, here's the trick to putting it together. Prepare the frame and put one corner of the seat on one corner of the frame. LAY THAT CORNER ON A HARD SURFACE. Then pull the seat up over the corner opposite the corner on the ground, GENTLY putting pressure on the frame so that you can get the frame into the corner pocket. Rotate the chair, and always insert the corner of the frame that is directly across from (and above) the corner on the hard service. Well, I hope you understand all of that as it makes assembling this chair a breeze. Also, I read that the feet of the chair sink into the ground. The feet are tiny where they touch the ground, so I have purchased a cheap, lightweight plastic set of wheel casters to place under the feet if I ever use the chair on wet ground. There is plenty of room for the casters to go inside of the case for the chair. After reading the reviews I was leery of the chair because of all the complaints that it caved in with men who weigh 230 pounds even though it is supposed to hold up to 250 pounds. Really? Get a bigger chair and keep in mind that this chair has a shock limit of 198 pounds, so don't go dropping yourself in it like a sack of potatoes. Take care of the chair, and it will take care of you!

Light Weight, Small and Comfortable
We have been trying out various collapsible, compact outdoors chairs for use with our 4X4. These have fit the need better than other types of chairs. Very compact when folded and rolled into the carrier. Easy to set up and take down. Aluminum rod is much thicker walled than our tent poles so I am thinking it will last several seasons. At 5'8" 165 Lbs these chairs are comfortable enough for an hour or so of sitting. There is some "flex" to the frame which I see as a good feature as it makes getting the seating material easier attach. Once sitting in the chair the flex adds to the comfort. One star off for using fabric pockets rather than formed plastic as attaching point for aluminum rods. Time will tell if this evolves into a problem or is really just my concern...

Chair for my events
I specifically got this chair so I can use to stand in long lines as I wait for conferences to start or special promotions at the mall. It is very easy to set up and it can hold my weight of 220 lbs. I love how small it is and can fit in my bigger bags and backpack. However I am sad as soon as I got I was not really able to try it it because of covid 19 stay at home took effect and all events were cancelled. However I do love it and I am excited to use it once we are out again

Cop a squat
I bought this to take on a snow leopard safari to Siberia in Feb. It's lightweight, didn't take up much room in my luggage, and was easy to carry into the field each day. I set it up in a 2-person tent which doubled as a hide and it was the perfect height for sitting yet still being able to see out the flap and not too tall that I hit my head on the roof. Worked well for me and I'm sure I'll use it again.

So easy to assemble!
I LOVE this lightweight camping chair. It's fabulous for keeping in trunk and taking it out at campsites or local parks. I put off using this chair because I don't enjoy assembling things, however this chair is so easy to assemble. As soon as you untie the velcro fastener, I grabbed it by the plastic black pieces and the rods automatically pulled themselves into place. The only thing left was for me to pull the seat cover over the rods. I will say this much, this chair is a perfect fit for me, but I am also a short woman. I can't imagine anyone over 150 really using this chair and being comfortable in it, but it must be possible since I see larger people at the park using it. 🤷
