I ordered this for my daughter's newly decorated bedroom and she absolutely loves it! The settings are fab - bright, dimmer, fire glow - it's heavy, sturdy and looks great in her room. Delighted with swiftness of delivery, arrived through Prime and it was delivered less than 24 hours later - and in lockdown too!

I purchased this item for the features, a button to do several options ! Less than a week of having it, plus the use of it. ( I went to use it ) The button was not allowing me to switch it on !I decided what option to choose to go forward ?. I unplugged it and tried to use it on a other socket, the same issue occurring the item was intermittent flickering ( on then off ) i again tried to use it, again it was,not allowing me to switch it on & for it to stay on. I tried again the same issue. So I requested a return it was granted, I left feedback to the seller. About the problem’s I was having. I waited for a period for the seller to get back in-touch with me no joy so I returned my purchase. I am still waiting for my refund ? . I would feel terrible if I didn’t give any potential customer the experience I’ve had.I’m not blaming anyone. I could of just had a faulty one ? .( So I would personally would like to point out to any other potential customer not to purchase one at the moment ) incase they might have the same experience I had with this item ! I realise Amazon will give my feed back to the issue/concern to the seller. I realise Amazon will take this issue as urgent all I ask is Please be safe & don’t purchase one of these. Till Amazon bring it to the attention of the seller then via the manufacturer. I have returned my purchase that can be looked at, if any issue they find & address it.I don’t want anything for any inconvenience just the money I purchased for it. I could just have been the unlucky one with it. Any other potential customer could purchase the same item they might put it in a child’s bedroom & go to switch it off when the child is asleep I don’t want to say or slander the good name of the seller or the manufacturer. I have returned mine it will be looked over by the manufacturer all I can say is think before you might purchase this item. I do hope that I just got a faulty one ! If the seller & Amazon will being looking at this version & they don’t find fault I would happily then buy another one ! It’s a beautiful piece and a good size. Plus excellent value for the price, pus ref: the features of the item. When at the post office I asked how much would it cost to send back £16:00GBP. I HOPE MY REVIEW & FEEDBACK YOU MAKE THE BEST / RIGHT DECISION TO PURCHASE IT OR NOT. I HAVE DONE MY BIT & BROUGHT IT TO ALL CONCERNED PARTY’S. PS AMAZON HAVE BEEN GREAT WITH ME OVER THIS ISSUE !!!

Anniversary gift - Couldn't have been more disappointed.Looks great but is completely unusable.USB cable and plug both badly corroded.= Do Not Buy =We did find the information booklet stating 'never operate with a damaged power lead' most amusing however. Who checked this before sending?'Community Manager' of HSI Global 'extremely busy at the moment' to offer their thoughts in the time frame suggested, but 'will be back in touch as soon as (they) possibly can'.Look Elsewhere.

I currently have mine plugged into my TV. I have it on while watching or gaming and it switches it self off after short period when tv is turned off.Tho how much of a impact I couldn't honestly tell you. The all aspect of these lamps is the light heats the salt up which then cleans air etc etc etcLed bulbs give of very little heat so 🤷‍♂️

As its LED its obviously cheap to run. Has 4 settings which are easy to change, on all time bright / dim and flickering bright / dim. Had it 5 weeks now and very pleased with my purchase.
