I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and wasn't sure what to expect. But what I received is so much than I could have ever imagined! The packaging it came was so nice! The picture came out perfectly. I know in the future I am going to be buying so many more of these! I would definitely 1000% recommend.The only thing is that it took a few days extra to be delivered. I know the 2020 holiday season was extra overwhelming for carrier services so it wasn't the sellers fault but after the 16th of December I got no updated until January 2nd when it arrived at my house, so I wasn't able to give it on Christmas but it still worked out. Maybe order it early to be on the safe side!

This product is everything I’m super happy I decided to give it as a gift! The box they send it in is so cute they even send you an envelope to put a card in. Also the lamp comes with a protective sticker and instructions for how to put it together. I think for $47 this went above and beyond what I expected it to be. The picture on the lamp looks just like what I sent in also the engraving on the wood is perfect. It did ship like a week late but hey it’s the holidays so kind of expected. I will definitely buy more of these lamps as gifts in the future this product has gone above my expectations. Also I contacted the seller about it being late and they responded the next day and very nicely about it. I fully recommend this product.

The product is amazing! I payed for the express shipping so it didn’t take as long as most people said it took. I ordered it on 11/22/20 and it arrived 12/3/20. I had some questions about the product and the seller responded back in a timely fashion. Will most definitely be purchasing from this seller again in the future. It came with a usb cable but it did not come with the little wall plug. I do recommend that when choosing your picture you keep in mind that it is going to be an exact outline. So if you want a picture that is more zoomed in, you should zoom the picture in when you submit it. Overall very satisfied :)

As many have mentioned, this takes a long time to come. However, my design was pretty simple and it only took 15 days to reach my destination. The time it takes to arrive is probably based on the difficulty of your photo/design.When I received it, it was nicely packaged! Just to let you know, there is a very thin covering on both sides of the glass. Don’t be fooled into thinking that the glass is not transparent, that’s just the sticker over it. It’s a bit hard to remove but not impossible. Once it’s off, it will look stunning! Not to mention, the speaker is pretty loud and the LED lights has many colors. It also doesn’t need to be wired in order to work like some other products.With that being said, if you see the photos I added for the review, you can see that one of them is what I submitted to the company. The people who created this were spot on! The product came out looking just how I wanted it to be. I can’t wait to gift it to my brother!

Such an amazing sentimental gift! Get it if you want to make your significant other tear up because mine definitely did. The etched picture looks very good compared to the reference photo I gave them and included even little details. Definitely order 3 weeks in advanced but I have no complaints with my shipping because it came in 2 weeks which was the expected date. Our anniversary was 8/8/2020 and it came 8/10/2020 after ordering it on 7/26. I might get another one in the future for my mom! Highly recommended 👍

Bought this because of the positive reviews but the finished product looked like a distorted version of the original picture submitted. The quality also feels very poor, and the image came all scratched on the back with an opaque quality to the material the image outline was printed on. Wish I could have been sent a preview of the design, would not purchase again.

I’m at a loss for words for how amazing this turned out. My girlfriend is going to go crazy once she sees it. Her favorite picture of us and they got all the details i wanted in it and it looks incredible. I would 20/10 recommend this product. Amazing quality at an amazing price.
