16 LED Solar Power Motion Sensor Garden Security Lamp Outdoor Waterproof Light Weatherproof (No Batteries Required)

I originally was pleasantly surprised with the coverage and function of this light, so much so that I was going to order additional lights.However I found it does not like cold temperatures and it goes out much faster during a cold snap.

So far this light has worked well, even in cloudy Michigan. The light produces a soft glow and then brightens when the motion detector kicks in. The soft glow stays on the entire long fall nights. Installation is easy. Actually, I just slid the hinge under a vinyl siding panel next to my front door.. It is tight enough not to require the screws.The quality of the produced light is pleasing.

I bought 3 units of these and installed them outdoors. 1 out of the 3 is functioning as expected. However the other 2 only lasted for couple of days and won't turn on any longer. Since they are installed outdoors no doubt about adequate sunlight to charge the unit. Even if I left it charging for 2 complete days the units simply refuse to switch on.

Sure the price is really tempting but as soon as night fall the light turns on and it was very, I mean VERY dim, it also have a motion like sensor so that it gets brighter when one get close to it, however, in both cases it is still VERY VERY dim. The other problem is the color of the lighting, instead of white or off white, it is a very weird bluish white light.I would not recommend this product.

Not too bad, gives a great amount of light at a distance. Huge energy saver will definitely purchase again.

low capacity battery severely limited the utility of this item. lest you live in sunny states or are able to maximize sun exposure to the devise - it will not work when you need it the most - at night

This LED Solar Power Motion Sensor was great for the price. It was placed on the front of our house, above the door, and was stuck there using double sided tape. I reference the tape because it outlines/depicts how very light the unit is. Also, I thought it was wise to use something that would not result in holes if it did not work. SO far I've had it for a few weeks and its been working great!Thanks Amazon and thanks Volmate!

I brought four of these. One of them stop working after 2 days. Lights is bright only direct underneath the sensor. And 16 LED is dimmer than the other one I brought , only 8 LED.yunyong
