I LOVE these. They work great. When I went looking for new shears. All I knew for sure was I did not like the ones I had.While in Bellevue at a hair show, there were several vendors with all kinds of shears. If you had the money, you could spend over $1,000 for a set. A set would include the cutting shears and thinning shears. Sometimes a razor will come with it. Plus, shears come in varying lengths 3.5" to 8" are the longest I have worked with.I worked with a set of swivel shears at the event. They were nice and out of my budget. The biggest expense of shears, in my experience, is where they are made, the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.When I saw these on Amazon, first thing I said was, " Yeah, right." I researched where they were made and about the company. Then I ordered myself a pair. I figured worse comes to worse, I am not out that much money.Let me tell you something, I cut hair everyday. I have not had any issues with these whatsoever. I maintain them properly, treat them as well as they treat me. I do not say this lightly, these are the best pair of shears I have ever used. I HIGHLY recommend these for a professional like myself, or even a really good at home pair.The swivel does take a little to get used to. That will be the only issue, if you have one at all. If the swivel is not your thing, I do believe they make them standard.

I purchased these in November 2016 and in November 2018 the thumb swivel on the cutting shears broke. However, I am soo pleased to have had 2 years worth of dependable cutting and an extremely sharp edge for the price of $50. The time I was able to use them has been definitely worth that money. If you need new shears but don't have Washi Shears money, get these :)

I love these and use them in the salon everyday. I love the look and the swivel has saved my thumbs! They came very sharp with no nicks or notches so I was very happy about that! The travel case is very soft and sturdy as well so if I ever needed to move them I know they'll be protected. The only issue I had was with the thinning shears. The tension is WAY to tight and will not loosen. The sharpeners haven't come through yet for me to ask them to try to relax it a bit but the thinners are basically unusable because of that

These are amazing! I use the shear all the time. Wanted to try the swivel on a less expensive shear before I spring for a price one, but honestly I love these and am not sure a pricy one is necessary. I can see ordering another set. The color is great. It isn't changed by spray disinfectant we use in the salon like some of my other ones. Excellent, my go to shears!

I purchased these after reading wonderful reviews from other stylists claiming to love them. They are terrible. Definitely get what you pay for. They are very dull when cutting hair. Cannot use to slide cut because they catch. Would fold the hair instead of cut it. Don’t waste your money on these.

The media could not be loaded.  Licensed Cosmo here. The tip of the shears are a little too rough and sharp in the corners. So with the way I cut, I like to use the tip of the scissors to anchor on top of my pointer finger that holds the hair. When I glide these shears, it scratches me.Also, they are not sharp and the texturing shears pull hair.

I love swivel shears and these are amazing for the price. I do have to have them sharpened but I wasn’t expecting the most for the price. They are amazing
